June 30th, 2024 How I keep my ladies cool in the summer! 🥵

Last week was heavily in the 90s for several days. 🥵 Did my best to keep everyone cool. I used some frozen bottles in front of the fan again. They got the sprinkler for a few days, spraying the ground they walk on and turning it back off seemed most effective for them. And more environmentally friendly. 😅
Frozen lettuce was a test, and a hit! They loved it! I got a box of "expired" lettuce in the freezer so it'll be good for hot days like these. 😎 They got to try frozen cucumber as well, and they loved it! ❤ I'll be doing the ice method for the summer when breaking broodies again. It worked well for her. 🥰
