Your problem is like mine but different every time I would run outside there would always be a car going down my coldesac and I'd get embarrassed and go inside and when I'd come out there car wouldn't be there. Honestly I hate cars cause I can't even look out my window without being seen and everytime I am seen apparently people have to go down the road I live.

practise your splits and put your head on your knee in the splits, that'll help
