Lmao every time he's at a table I can't help but questioning whether he's a robot or a serial killer. His mannerisms and the way he talks is just flat out strange. This comment made me laugh quite hard 😂
This was some of the best poker I’ve ever watched. Robl’s balls to shove was awesome, but Seiver checking back his 2 pair to Robl’s trap was next level stuff. Incredible.
I think it was OK or good check when ROBL cold call the 4 bet of seiver, his alarm would have gone off. He would have put ROBL on High pocket pair or AK. At worse small pocket pair. ROBL will not cold call with AQ. On river there is no value for him to bet, no worse hand will call and no better hand would fold. So check back.

Matt Kirk's K6hh vs Robl's Q5dd was a very sick hand.
I consider myself a very good poker player and that hand was a completely humbling experience. It just shows the divide between my skill level and theirs.
Marcus Kwek agreed. Seiver checking back 2 pair was the most impressive part of the video. I had to watch Robl‘a shove and the reaction 3 times, though. I’ve been there, and it is an awesome thing.

I have to give credit to these young guns line-up Polk, Robl, Siever, and Kirk have a lot of competitive egos. This probably the 2nd best high stakes poker cash game to watch second to Durrrr in the original GSN high stakes poker.

THATS Poker!! He had a DEAD read on Aussie!! I know it's pretty much excepted that acting last is, "in position." HOWEVER, sometimes I think acting 1st can be a huge advantage! For example, acting first means you have the ability to make the ultimate raise, the "all in." And we all know you can't re-raise an all-in!

Cash games are SO much more interesting than Tournaments. I can barely stand to watch them unless it's the final table.

This is because (in my humble opinion)
we have enough better hands in this spot to call an all in. Quad Jacks, AJd,h,s, KJd,h,s and AA,KK,QQ. We have to sometimes call TT/99 but probably something like 10-20% freq. because Seiver is completely capable of bluff jamming missed draws.

It was great to watch. Only thing that makes it less impressive is Robl has nearly 4 times Kirk’s chips...it wasn’t a huge risk for him if he turned out to be wrong.

Avoiding having to collect antes from individual players will save a whole 5-10 seconds. Over the course of an entire tournament maybe it saves a half hour, speeds everything up lol
