I definitely agree. It's getting insanely hard to find original boxes. These are great for collectors who want a nice display. That's why I bought them. I'm about to buy more, but for my SNES games.
Awesome video thanks for mentioning me on the video I love the original ones they are some of the best games I ever played on Gameboy and yes I remember the red version I got that on the first day when it came out back in 1998 and the booklet I kept it for collection it’s great that you are using them with the boxes
I don't care if the box or manual is original, but for a hardcore collector I think it is very important. I have DS boxes for my Gameboy Advance games, but it would be nice to have pictures of the games on the boxes too so it looks like "original". But that I maybe can do if I get a printer in the future or something.
I’m in the same boat you have, all my games are originals but I don’t have any of the cardboard boxes, so I purchased replicas because even tho I can afford buying the original, I just can’t justify spending so much money on cardboard, regardless amazing collection 😊
I wish someone will someday craft the same box but with the glowing effect they had back in the days, it's cool but could be better with glowing effect. Don't know if this is possible tho.
What if every game IP only had one title per-console? While always being well-polished and complete. No updated versions. And Pokemon only had one version per-Gen, but with multiple saves? And every game was super short(20-40 minutes long) and easy?
That is true. These are not. These are repro boxes. That's what this video is about, buying repro boxes to make your games look nicer on the shelf. That's all.
For the price of og boxes today, i think this is a brilliant idea for collectors on somewhat of a budget

The seller should have put in instructions or a link to a video tutorial. I can see myself destroying the insert.

That would be cool, but I'm sure the process would cost a lot more.
I just bought ones off eBay and they looked all shiny. Coming from China I’ll let you know in a month lol
@@justinlalko7834Did you got the box?

what a horrible idea
A real box for all the gameboy pokemon games will have a holo effect. About 15 to 20 authenticators told me that

Do you have a link for the gameboy game boxes?

This seller's shipping prices were very fair.

So did I and I did it again with my SNES games last week.
