I was thinking how uncle Roger videos spread dislikes to chili jams. But this factory sponsored him and invited him to the factory and made him promote SPECIFICALLY their chili jam (while talking down on others). Definitely art of war stuff there.
@@altheuss Haven't watch the full video yet, but I think he was joking , using chilli jam on egg fried rice is not good, but maybe in some food chilli jam is good and required to add
The character development of hating on the company in the beginning and then slowly starting to like it is damn amazing. This isn't acting anymore, this is just pure Uncle Roger
Actually, it's part of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and is required for all personnel who are entering a plant. The company can risk being shutdown, suspended operations or heavily fined/investigated if they don't comply. Also, it was explained in the video that you need it for the truckers as they often have poor visibility with the vehicle frame and loads they carry.
@@DarthAxolotl A company that has a strong health and safety policy will require all visitors to be escorted and wear high vis outside the factory office unless they've gone through a proper site induction, usually done if they are going to be working there or visiting often (delivery drivers). In loading/unloading areas hi-vis will most likely be required for all staff as they are using forklifts.

Don't focus on the negative and build upon the positives. I'd be willing to bet you're far more than what any bully may call you. So be strong, if not for yourself then for others that face bullying too, regardless of why they're in the same boat. More people care than the people that hate; We just tend to forget that when our immediate world is surrounded by anything else.
I've been there, man. Maybe I wasn't bullied for being Asian but I'm pretty sure it didn't help - they probably thought I wouldn't fight back (and to be fair, at the time I didn't, so I guess they got it right). I promise it will get better, bro. It will suck, it will feel shitty and unbearable and it will feel like there's no end but do whatever you can to get yourself out of whatever place you're in. Screw those assholes, all they care about is dragging you down, so whether you're trying to go to university or just get a new job in a different place, try to get out of there. No need to give bullies the chance to mess with you. So many great role models like Uncle Roger out there for us. It won't last forever. And by the way, don't let them take what you love either. i love the fact Uncle Roger can just walk in there and insult the shit out of the CEO. And Nephew Guy wasn't even that bothered. Love it. 🤣
The CEO is funny himself....🌻🌻😊😊❤❤
the CEO was TOTALLY into it lmaoo, "just think its auntie helen there", and gave egg fried rice to uncle roger when they about to eat chilli jam, what a legend, and he didnt give a shit about peoples allergy, uncle roger approves
oh he was a bit miffed at times. love is love you know.
It struck me as a fencing match of wits of sorts. Very entertaining.
Of all the business I see interact with a comedian this guy has nailed it. Props to him and the company.
This was broadcast live. At 5:17, where Uncle Roger asked help to raise the bucket of sugar, the live chat EXPLODED with "so weak! why so weak?" comments. I was crying of laughter!

Wow I love the brits. Usually when there is a celebrity, youtuber or company fight/roast in the US everyone just seethes silently in their million dollar mansion. But the British act so cool, and invite comedians to broaden their horizons. I respect the culture
Yeah, reminds me of the Australians I see in real life. That endearing, self-deprecating sense of humour and honesty whilst also having real heartfelt integrity. It's an excellent culture, better than America for sure. (Love Americans too though, very entertaining and gung-ho)

"To defeat your enemy, you must become the enemy"

I was thinking how uncle Roger videos spread dislikes to chili jams.
But this factory sponsored him and invited him to the factory and made him promote SPECIFICALLY their chili jam (while talking down on others).
Definitely art of war stuff there.

I bestow upon you #666.
This owner knows what he's doing. He won everything out of bad situation.
Love it when people can take some humor. This guy turned what could have been a negative into a brilliant marketing move.
The character development of hating on the company in the beginning and then slowly starting to like it is damn amazing.
This isn't acting anymore, this is just pure Uncle Roger
I love that he got a safety vest just so he could still wear an orange shirt

Uncle Roger was visiting once and had constant supervision so a full induction isn't required.
In loading/unloading areas hi-vis will most likely be required for all staff as they are using forklifts.
The people who take this all in fun are the people I like. Never would have bought something like this before but now I will buy at least 1 jar for this CEOs great attitude.
The owner is hilarious! I love how he already knows all the references uncle roger makes
Uncle roger : "Its heavy"
Jason : Why so weak? Why so weak?

Just because we saw a portion of the process doesn't mean we know how it works to the letter, they probably cut out a lot of extra items they put in as well as how its cooked, how long its cooked etc.

But i want to put m.s.g in all my food i will put m.s.g in m.s.g i want to see your stand up i been wantingbto try it lately i want to put M.S.G in your comiedy be set
Bullied? That sucks.. Don't let it get to you though. You're going to be who you are and that's all that anyone can say or do, in all reality.
Be proud! Asian culture is taking over everything lately! Tv, movies, food, music, etc. Don't let them bring you down!
Hold on to that shit!
I thought you were going to say 'make me feel special' lol
