@@kirdot2011 I know there are products like Miralax and magnesium citrate (my personal favorite), as well as many others that help alleviate the blockage. But I also sometimes try to force and guide it by pressing my stomach, moving back and forth, basically following the path of the intestines to help the process. A friend of mine taught me that many years ago and it actually does help sometimes.
