On October 30, 2023, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office was alerted to a black vehicle possibly tied to thefts in Hobe Sound, FL. Detectives spotted it driving recklessly before it left a Walmart. The sheriff’s aviation unit then discreetly monitored the vehicle's movements as it entered another Walmart. Two teenage passengers were dropped off, and were caught attempting to buy gift cards with multiple credit cards, hinting at fraud. As law enforcement closed in, both teens ran for their lives, but their freedom was short-lived. A search of the vehicle uncovered stolen items, including wallets, credit cards and gift cards.

Nah so all their “jwets, licks, plays” whatever u wanna call it is probably on the phones. So they know if they can get those back then they can back to it when they get out. They’re minors and unfortunately in Florida unless charged as an adult they mostly just serve 21 days in juve and they release them in w.e program they agree too. Normally it’d b divergent program. But that broward. I have no clue as to what Martin county does. But seeing as they are minors they most likely moved the court cases over to broward, but I don’t know how that’d work.

Man. These kids know there is no consequence to their actions. This is made apparent by how the only thing they care about is making sure their phones are safe.
Yea, unfortunately Florida teaches young criminals it’s ok because kids get 21 days in juve and a slap on the wrist, they go into a program that’s called the divergent program. And it wipes your record cleanif completed sometimes accompanied by an ankle monitor. And when these young men turn 18 they dnt realize it’s big boy jail now. And end up career criminals cause they never had to pay for there actions. Florida is generally pretty harsh on adults after 21. Vote red🤷♂️ cause blue caused this shitty juvenile system we have here in my state. As for the idea of the divergent program it does work on kids who where raised properly, but when there’s no punishment at home the second chance the state gives them ends up wasted and they end up doing it again because it’s all they know. BREAK THE CYCLE. Earn your living like the rest of us.

When I went to jail they had an entire felony block full of credit card fraud charges and it was all young black men from Gary and Merrillville Indiana
Gonna add more context to this. I was put on that block because mine flooded. They told me a lot because I told my cellmate where he messed up and suggested a way that he'd never get caught.
They buy batches of card numbers on the dark web. With a card printing machine you can print them out then go use them. Some work. Most don't. That's why they have so many. It's become a big part of black culture. Rappers sing about it now. So young kids hear it in music and it's pretty normal for them to start doing it.

We've put zero money into helping criminals turn their lives around because Americans believe that if it's someone else breaking the law, they deserve to be locked up for life, but if they themselves break the law "it's their right" to. We balance the rights of individuals with the law and it ends up with a for profit prison system that keeps people in and out of jail or prison so they can keep turning a profit. Americans want every single person (besides themselves) who commit even a petty crime to be given a 💀 sentence, but that's just not a feasible way to run a society. We need to start putting money into social resources to get CHILDREN like the boys in the video the help they need to break out of generational cycles. You need to open your mind and see the truth or you'll just continue to be part of what big government wants, Americans wanting everyone to be unsubscribed from life that they don't agree with.

I shouted repeatedly I would let the dog loose if they came outside.. Held 7 persons inside for almost 10 minutes with my fake dog.

Nah. This was a nonviolent incident and they are very young. The judges take all of this into account. They will also have to repay everything they took plus court fees plus probation fees plus they will have a record, making it very difficult to find a job.

I had my debit card stolen by "a young teen" who promptly went to the shoe store. The employee of the shoe store pretty much knew it was fraudulent, but he was afraid to refuse it because he didn't want to be accused of you know what. Friggin ridiculous, where we are today.

Welcome to WI. Never seen such a ridiculous place. Cops go through all of this crap, and DAs dismiss charges, plea deals, signature bonds despite multiple bail jumping and warrants . Judges and DAs need to start thinking about the community and victims rather than their BS political careers
