Good luck with that - even if a product says “made in usa, taiwan, vietnam, etc…” it may (and probably does) contain materials or ingredients sourced from China.

This is how they get away with such low cost items. I placed one order, and my 19 year old daughter brought that to my attention. I will not order from them again! I also gave everything in my order to charity.
The average Chinese worker makes about half the average monthly US worker but employers generally provide housing & transportation. And yes, they seemingly have a high # of work related deaths but considering the population the % is relative to most industrialized nations. Not sticking up for the Chinese government, simply stating facts. And it’s easy to be anti TEMU b/c they are such a big Chinese company like Chinese Amazon but in reality the vast majority of things you own/buy are Chinese made even if you buy at Target or Walgreens.

There’s a reason everything is so cheap, I will never support any of these companies! I think we as western consumers need to think long and hard as to whether or not we really NEED any of this stuff we keep buying. China is laughing all the way to the bank. There was an alternative to everything shown here, this was basically an infomercial for Temu, so disappointing 😔

To be fair, I haven’t done much research yet, but I am getting weird vibes about Temu. Something seems just “off” there; if, at the end of a consumer line, the product is good, but the price is incredibly low, then it seems something immoral, unethical or unfair happened to someone along the way. I will have to investigate further before supporting this company.
You know I felt the same way....not because it's from China, but at one point I had tried a coupon similar to this one, probably from another RUclipsr and it kept bouncing back and not working and I just deleted the app. They keep sending me emails, but, just as you said, for some reason I just didn't trust it. I deleted my order.

Maybe the difference is one can see and feel the quality in person. I try very hard not to buy items made in China as their labour laws are horrid. We as consumers need to think long and hard as to whether we really NEED any of the crap we keep buying. 🇨🇦
Doesn't Walmart guarantee their products were made by non exploited workers? Curious. I am not a North American. But in NZ our big department stores claim their products were not made by slave labour and show us the chain.
