Ended up putting my project boat 'away' for the year because as you know, living on one of the Great Lakes (I'm on Ontario in Oswego NY area), ya just can't work outside cuz of the cold and snow (which..we already got a few inches). So..until spring,..... anyway, glad yer back. Missed you.

I had to remove all the layers of black gelcoat and paint w years or cracking and crazing. Are you still accepting patreon folks to give advice? I have a few questions about the edge trim detail and how to tackle that without losing shape. Id love to get your opinion on how to tackle that, just not sure if u are too busy. Video got a bit bright and hard to see details on boat.. might try setting your iso a bit lower to reduce glare.. Great job on the boat, I want to ask if it is a "sunfish" sailboat or a lazer.. I think being as long as you said that it is a lazer.. plus the length of the keel points to lazer.. I learned how to sail at 14 on a sunfish and am looking to build or repair one. I wouldn't mind building a new one and thought at first that carbon fiber would be good, but then I found out that E-Glass is better than carbon fiber... What are your thoughts on these materials?
