How about some healthy criticism? At 22:30, see the 3 knives in the upper left of the drawer, a pm2, hinderer and a ZT. See how the pm2's blade spine is pushed into the hinderer's scales and the hiderer's doing the same to the ZT? This can and will lead to little dings, rolls and chips in the edge. People shouldn't push folders together like this when they're closed just for this reason, spyderco's are particularly good at being able to push into another folders scale and mangle the edge. I used to do this and kept wondering how a knife I just sharpened and hadn't even used got rolls and flat spots in the edge, this was the culprit.

Come on my daughter (5yrs old) wants a hummingbird for her first knife and i think i have to buy one and just have it framed for her until she is old enough to get it.
It's a fine knife for a child.

In spyderco collection knives are a bob lum tanto / worker/ pipsqeak/ and myrtel. Not my knives but i look at knives everyday.
Obviously my collection was the best .. sorry to everyone else..

I believe the princessey knife is a Thorburn, something along the lines of an L19 and the one next to it looks like an A2 A6 Midi. A couple of SA blades from top notch makers.

The rest of that collection is pretty sweet, and I think as a little inexpensive sample of what Rike can do the Hummingbird is good

Brian, I like the idea for this video. The Real Steel button lock knife is called the Griffin. It's the best budget button lock. I call it the "POORDAX" Because it's the poor mans Mordax!!! They are about $50, you need one in your life. It's way better than the Vector!!!

The hummingbird will open letters... 😂 the mini grip was a gift. Ruike Fang. A great bruiser of a knife. I’ve already repaired a broken tip. Great outdoors folder and super slicey. CRKT Outrage. WE Streak. Check out the Deacon. I highly recommend. But, there’s not a WE I’ve handled that I can’t recommend. There’s a lot of flexing out there 👍🏼🦾 fixed blade was the C/K Dragon in 9Cr18MoV
New CRKT is the Chehalem, the other "CRKT" one is actually the Kershaw Cryo II, and that's the full size Kizer Begleiter. Shoulda did a clip up pic, but I did send one with all the blades out. Thanks again for the Atom, it's doubly special - 1 being the amazing knife it is, 2. having won it on this channel. Thanks Bryan.
Down-point for a partially serrated blade is kinda like saying down-point because someone has a ballpeen hammer in their hammer collection.
17:33 that reate is a future, but looks similar to the Starboy. I want a future badly now after experiencing the star boy.
The TRM Atom is definitely on my short list. One of the sexiest knives I've seen in a while. Seems priced fairly too.
As for the budget knives CJRBs look pretty nice for the money. Might pick one up soon.
I got a pair of small Feldspars, they're outstanding. Grind isn't anything wild but it's good, otherwise it's perfect on every front.
The mini feldspar is great. The Talla is best in G10. I’ve already got rid of my CF Talla

Is it always necessary to completely re-profile every single blade you get, all I've been hearing is "just bought a brand new para 3 I've gotta resharpen and re-profile my brand new knife because the edge is burnt"
What do you think?
If the edge is burnt, that means the blade has lost its heat treatment and needs to be ground down to steel that still has it. If it is blunt(assuming auto correct) then some factory grinds just don't suit the new owner.

Haha great video man! And that big knife you called a fixed blade was a marbles safety knife. And I like to mod/customize some of my favorite knives with my own art. The rat 1 I acid washed the blade and frame and wood burned a nautical compass on the handle scale. The opinel I tried to make it look like Dragon scales but my wife said it looks like a sponge bob pineapple lol.

I agree Clones Suck & should not be glorified, same with Gonzo knives. My collection is primarily Spyderco, Benchmade, ESEE, Kershaw & CRKT's with a few odd other brands thrown in! If you ever want more pic's for this series, I could get one or two together.

That Ganzo @ 10:21 appears to be the 760. Excellent taste in Ganzo if it is... this particular model is "G lock" (Axis-ish) with ball bearing pivot washers and very utilitarian blade shape... IMO, one of the 2-3 Ganzo on the "everyone should own one" list of Ganzo.... im not aware of it being a blatant design knockoff
I'm curious if the one collection that has the gerber paraframe broken tip if most of those slip joints might be GEC's? Not sure if you found out or not. Never mind you just said on the vid lol

Top right is an old Delica 3, under it is a SpyDK, Myrtle(hideous?its beautiful) Mantra 2, Worker(in between the Military and G10 Delica), Old huge one on the left (spy vs spy) is a Catcherman, and the Maximum Thumb Ramp is the T-Mag 👍🏼👍🏼 And I shall not apologize for the Manix...it thought me a lesson about mistakes haha 😂

I was planning to submit, but my knives are spread around in different bags, pants, drawers, cars etc, so I forgot all about it before I could bring the herd together for a family pic. Interesting video concept, but I'm a little disappointed in the execution. Came across more as Slicey Dicey guessing your collection and rating individual knives, rather than judging each collection as a whole.
