Given that someone can actually buy a 3-bedroom stand-alone house in the Nairobi metropolitan area (which is more spacious and has more amenities) at about Ksh 6.5 million, then what would make someone purchase this POD 2 house which seems like a minimalist design?? Where is the value for money in that case?

Has anything been done to ward them off??? Third, we have a lot of rain sometimes in Kenya. The structure looks largely wooden. How durable is it, considering our Kenyan weather patterns?
