Great concept and well executed. Additional improvements would probably be increasing the size of each unit a bit since it seems cramped in the kitchen/ sitting room area. Also, using furniture (bed and couch) that matches more with the aesthetic of the outside. The bathroom also needs more storage esp since it looks spacious.

I like the idea of this rental community and the inner courtyard enclosed design, however - why not expose the unique steel exterior of the containers? Unless the shipping containers were an extremely cost effective alternative to traditional framing, there's no advantage to using shipping containers if their unique aesthetic isn't showcased?
As a housekeeper for 20 years, I would hate to have to make that bed with it positioned like that. How are they getting around it? Lol It looked like it could have been turned and still had space for a small end table. 😬 Beautiful property though!
They are great conception well done but if holiday homes/ B&B most will want a little privacy with their own space for a garden at the rear, so they can BBQ or chill outside, the front is a good community area though. WE need more ideas like these also for the homeless.
