Without LFG bulletin I would not have found people to make a RFK group - we then went on to do SM GY. Your tips turned what would have been a very dull night into one where I’ve made 4 mates
9:10 I partial agree with the order of icons. The skull, cross, square I've seen used as described since 2007 when I started playing WoW.. The moon/star have been used for cc of any kind. I'm mostly used star for polymorph or any other if more cc was needed for a pull. Some times moon was poly, other times star was poly, or sap or what evter cc was needed. It was always just agreed on when the instance started what icon was what. However when it was agreed it wouldn't change through out the dungeon. - but the next group you would group up with might do it in another way. But having a standard would be great eventhouh you still have the question of what icon is used if you have two mages or two rogues etc, etc.
The first addon is really good can't deny how useful it can be but I have noticed that some people don't spell things correctly. And they end up not on the list so some groups you won't see or know about.
Does that bulletin board only find people who are also using it or does it search channels for terms like for example if someone wrote in \1 "lfg hellfire ramps" does it just like recognize that and show it? Also if it is the latter, doesxit search channels such as lookingforgroup (\4) even without me currently being in them. I usually turn lfg off unless I'm actively looking for something because it tends to get very spammy.
Yeah it search's regardless if people have the addon. I'd join lfg and put it on another chat tab and just leave it there so it can scan it for groups, since you do need to be in the channel to have it scan.
@@maxcormier7821 not sure why it's not in the game yet, but they said they will release it in a later phase. It's a lfg that's basically what the addon does, you still need to whisper people. I forgot about it too so no worries. I played private server tbc and that's how I remembered. It's really great tbh
The first one blew my mind, thank you
Blew my mind too! Happy to share the tip!
I reccomend the "Puggle" addon more :D
@@totem916 The guy who made it is not updating it and literally links to the other addon :P

TBC content has been drying, so I wanted to thank you for continuing to make high quality and objective content.
I appreciate that thank you
Holy hell that LFG addon is godsent! TY so much. Trying to find groups in that spamcity channel is not ideal for my eyes.
Amazing video. Keep the good content. I've checked out your prot aoe paladin guide and I will love some weak auras info for that spect
Thank you!
The best thing about tbc for me is my guild. All good players scheduled raid nights. Gruul, mag, and Kara in one night

I like using the nameplate distance one but instead of 41 I change it to 36 so i automatically know when my spells are in range.
oh nice that's smart
I do that for my heals
Not even clickbait, these tips really deserve that title /thumbs up
Amazing content and truly helpful
Thank you for the view distance 👌

The real question is - is SH Shattered Halls or Sethekk Halls?

@@Toyhouze good to know, thanks man
thanks for the amazing tips
You bet!
Don’t tell too many people about the ghetto hearth. Blizzard might take that away too, they’re so lame like that. 😂
*fun detected*
That and some people abuse it by getting into groups for the purpose of quitting them...
@@josephteller9715 Be quiet! You work for “The Man” don’t you?! 😂
They know it very well. They took it out of retail years ago, now it teleports you to the graveyard.
No need to worry. If Blizzard listen to this they'll just be wondering what the hell "herth" is!
There is just a setting to change nameplates distance to 41 yards, why do you need a script?
What are those warlock keybinds in the beginning? Shadow bolt on Shift-T? Drain Life on O? Whaaaaat?
yeah man :) drain life is q tho
changed shadowbolt to mouse button 4 tho

yes

"Herthstone"
The other c word = "coin". It looks like a gold coin.

wtf is he saying about the looking for group being removed in tbc. it wasnt a thing until wrath
Nope it existed in TBC
@@Toyhouze really? i have no memories of using it as a kid, why did they remove it for TBCC?

The best trick is not playing at all. It will save you money, years and your soul.
8 "weird" tricks ? ...
So, it's only 7 and they aren't "weird". Also this video could have been like 3 minutes. Big fail.
