Oh boy. Okay I'll give the guy credit because it takes huge balls to go out there totally "naked" like this representing this great company that is Gretsch. That said ,Fender, throw him some help in post. Put some compression, light slap back and reverb on that guitar. Give his vocals some reverb and eq as well. A for effort on the part of the Dude. Fender...come on now you have the ability,don't let these guys just flag in the wind out there. This could have sounded a lot better and sounding better sells guitars. Don't just whip stuff out there to get out there so you can go on vacation the next day. It would have literally taken 20 minutes to sweeten the sound on both of these tracks. I'd pull both of these vids and repost them with a better mix and there'll be less flak for you both.

This is the first halfway decent tune I've heard from this guy, but I hear you. I was planning on being there when the doors open to stake out my concert floor real estate, but I'm not sure I even want to hear King Dude at all.
Two days after having seen King Dude perform, I still don't get it. Like a dark, folksy Bauhaus on Quaaludes. If that sounds like your cup of tea, by all means help yourself to the whole pot. None for me, thanks.
***** I saw Ghost 11 times last year during the tour King Dude opened for. Thankfully I started liking his music after the first time I saw him or else it would have been awful having to sit through that night after night. :) lol
