Had similar issues when i swapped a bf Fairlane diff from the wreckers. Came out of same model car so to save time i did the diff bushes into the donor fairlane diff and swapped them out. Turned out the old diff was a m80 and donor was an M86. Wasn't till I went to fit the driveshaft turns out the end uni was a different diameter and PCD. Tryed swapping the end uni for a m86 to m80 shaft and the two splines were different. Ended up mix matching another Ba Fairlane driveshaft swapping centre bearing and using original front shaft swapping to a rubber donut from splined one, so M86 back shaft and it fit. New shaft manufactured was to be bout a k. Can't wear that. Should have just replaced diff bushes in original diff and put back in for an easy repair but once I was committed just had to keep going. Those AU one piece tailshafts shake harder than a concrete vibrator starting at about 170-180 km/h. Now you probably won't get up to that level of rear wheel speed doing drifting with an N/A Barra, but if you do a trackday somewhere with a nice long straight you might get your eyeballs shaken out of your head.

Just get a new shaft made ,au ones break at 190klms/h ,like u can use em but u run the risk of it letting go at speed and u don't want that, it won't end well.
