- In this video im building up my all new 2024 @RideGiantBicycles@RideGiantBicycles Trance X and fitting all my parts and then giving it a good test did come in to a bit a snag when building as I couldn't find my gyro unless I drilled the brand new frame so I could fit my hydraulic gyro.

Just stoked that you have some decent support and sponsorship… been a long time coming. Respect!
"GREAAT SUCCESS" caught me of guard 😂
No worries maxing the shock out mate. These things are designed with a factor of safety. Perfectly fine to run it 300 psi
Keep it coming tom! Love the slopeduro build!
Smart little bike. Nice and clean. What is the Gyro you use?
Have you checked the IFP/piggyback pressure? Try 220psi on that. And the final suggestion is to add the volume spacers , both on positive and negative chambers . Success! Have a great ride
Yes I have it’s at the max too
For your generator over the winter whilst not being used, Disconnect the battery if you can and just empty the fuel!
Fantastic video as always Tom, and loving the new bike!
You should paint the drop in decking with deck paint. They have a paint that has grit in it so you won't slip when it's wet. Almost like a sand paper .
I wonder about the rear shock. Do you have fast and slow compression and rebound adjustment? I feel like just air is not the approach. The air pressure determines the support, the compression and rebound determines the action, especially somthing fast like a jump landing. I would think for jumps if you dialed up the slow speed compression you would still get some impact absorbtion without the squishy sensation. Play around with the compression and rebound in various ways but do small adjustments and establish a baseline. If you have a contact to a giant or suntour engineer i would think they could tell you what shock could get you the kind of control you want out of it. Yes more air or stiff coil will also fix it but not in the same way, kind of defeats some of high end engineered dampers. What you want should be possible if the engineers see it all fundamentally enough and the shock can do it....which I sometimes doubt in the bike world. Maybe a downhill shock is more engineered for specifically big jumps/hits?
mint looking bike, love those dmr bars.....which model is that??
Putting 27's on a 29 bike, does that not make the bottom bracket feel too low?
And probably load the geni up every now and then so it doesn’t glaze over
It's Beautiful now beat Emil??
Or get 2nd
Easier said then done but I’ll try
What happened to the dirt jumps you where making at the very top of your compound
interesting that i saw so many used giant trances come in for service nothing against them just worked on a lot of old orange giant trances in the 2022 season
Were they just trances or the tranceX? I know a lot of ppl that have gotten into biking on a trance and they beat them to piss, mostly just trashed the wheels
Trance yeah they were well loved nothing too far beaten tho
We need in riding trails on this bike
Can you show how you mount your GoPro to your helmet?
bro i need suntour air shock , i have bad one and i need about 140mm travel ane length 190mm and width 45mm can u help me find one?
Forget the suntour air shock Jenson USA currently has fox dhx coils for $279 in 190x45
Proobackadoom
That's a great looking bike Tom! Do you run a singlespeed at bike parks?
Yes I do!
get an electrical pump mate...works wonders and they compact...im not talking about those with air adapters...
isn't the mtn components gyro only meant to run on dot oil?
There are two versions
didn't see it on the website and I really want to see this cool little bike on trails
Hello, may I know weight of the frame?
Whats the name of the Gyro?
Looks like a Kona
Why didn't you just get the Giant Trance X that comes with 27.5 Wheels?
I wanted the orange 🍊
can i have the stock wheels and shifter?
