- This Comic Dub is of the epic confrontation in Doctor Who: The Flood. This kind of thing would be my hope for a low budget spin off on Disney plus. Just take the existing art work, and use Big Finish to dub the comics. It would be much cheaper than a live action series.

If you are refering to the dub of this video, I did it! If not, I'm sorry but this is the only dub of this section i've seen.

You might be refering to the RUclips channel Beep the Meep who added music and effects, which was struck down by the BBC. Mr. Tardis also created a section of it with an actual dub on top of a section during his Cybercember review a few years back. @@robbycooper6787
