Huge neotrad fan here! Honestly i love fine line tattoos and i think theyre adorable and cute and gorgeous and may even help diffuse the stereotype that tattoos are "masculine" and maybe also make them more socially acceptable
Thank you for making this video, the bulk of my client's are seeking fine line and its nice to see that it can be done well I'm only just starting to get healed fine line work back that I am happy happy with - it was a nightmare at first especially as a apprentice/junior level artist. Appreciate your videos!
I love big bold pieces that can be seen across the room. These just look like future coverups to me. I would choose traditional to these all day, any day. But yeah, these are well done. To each their own.
i like this video. i think some fine love stuff looks really cool and it’s good to know that it is possible for them to be done right and heal well. this is gonna help w finding artists and knowing what to look for.
I’m German and Mexican tats have way less meaning here than Russian “romantics”. But that “Tapatia” is heartbreakingly beautiful. Thanks for…! 👍 Attractive atmosphere - that‘s what it‘s all about…
First thing I did when I got to prison was break down my guitar to use the string for tattoos. It's actually usually a sharpened paper clip or battery post sharpened or a grouping of sharpened staples
You should open up photo submissions and honestly review and critique subscriber tattoos. Maybe even have someone else at the shop sit down to have two opinions and do it monthly or so. Would be a cool way to engage subscribers and obviously a consistent content idea.
@TigsOfficial No problem! I'm newer too but stumbled upon one the other day. I can't remember if they're labeled with anything like subscriber tattoos or not so you may have to dig a little
My sister recently got a fine line tattoo and she was going to get it smaller but the tattoo artist was actually rly good in that he told her that if he did it the size she was asking for, the smallest details would not last very long and recommended she go a little bit bigger. Idk, I just like that the artist didn't just do what she asked for without warning her.
Can you include in a video or make a whole separate video showing your tats? That would be pretty interesting and cool so i wont have to try and make out whats on your arm every video i watch. I also wanted to say your a very underrated content creator.✌️
I love my fineline tattoos though I am aware in about 5-10 years I will have to get them covered up because they won’t look that good. But I’m okay with that 🤷♀️
Yeah I don’t understand needle sizes with tattooing. I technically go to a fine line artist who uses a single needle, but it is definitely not as fine as the ones shown in this video. I don’t really like the way that looks. There’s not enough body to it or something. A different artist I go to was surprised that she used a single needle because it doesn’t look terribly thin and fine. My tattoos from the fine line artist have healed really well. The stippling that she does doesn’t look muddy or anything. It kind of just starts to look more like traditional shading as it ages, but if you look closely you can see the small details that she put into it with different opacity and density of the stippling. The longer my tattoos from her age the more I appreciate her work. There are a lot of trendy artists out there doing stuff that just looks good for the gram and then bleeds out and looks muddy later on.
Daniel Silva killed his friend drunk driving, and tried to run away. He was tackled by a bystander, and did almost no time because of covid leniency. He’s a terrible person and should not be platformed.
All of this has been disproved in court. He wasn't over the limit, he wasn't speeding and he didn't 'run away'. People need to read into the case to know it was a witch hunt, even I fell for it until I realised I was wrong
Thats actually not what happened at all..simple research would show he's an honest man who was in shock. The family has forgivin him and undestands how it happened. It would be good for you too as well
@@haleyypatton link literally any evidence to the contrary. A simple google search shows the events I described. “According to police, Silva was driving east on Houston Street at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle. Police at the time said Silva exited the vehicle and attempted to leave the scene of the accident, but was stopped by citizens who came to render aid.”
@@haleyypatton interesting take considering the mountain of evidence that supports what I said. “Cops claim after careering into a stop sign and a tree he then crawled from the wreckage and attempted to flee the scene before being stopped by bystanders.”
Not Kirk saying "girls and men"! Sounds weird when people do that. Lol still love the channel. Wouldn't it sound funny if I said "I like rose tattoos on ladies and boys"?
Kirk literally hates every tattoo except his . I’ve seen his work and it should be perfect considering the critiques he gives every tattoo artist in here and to be honest I’m not impressed . His palm tattoo looks like a 3rd grader did it
Kirk saying “I like this tattoo” over a fine line is shocking 😂 it’s usually “I hate this, but it’s well executed”
This video was hard to make hahah
As a glowing white translucent person I can confirm that veins do sometimes look like blowout.
I too am in the almost transparent skin club, i could possibly even be mistaken for a ghost 😂, but a feel that it helps make my tattoo's look good.
Transparents unite! 🧚🏻♀️We are of another realm . 🧝🏻♀️

The sacred heart cover up looks incredible!
thank you so much for educating people on the history of Chicano tattoos. it means a lot that you took your time and did that fr fr.
You should do a Chicano tattoo art history video
I really like how you talk about the excitement/satisfaction of the client ❤

All i get is traditional..but i did start with crap tattoos in my early teens
First thing I did when I got to prison was break down my guitar to use the string for tattoos. It's actually usually a sharpened paper clip or battery post sharpened or a grouping of sharpened staples
They let you take your guitar to prison???
Another fantastic video I love your stuff!
Just started watching your videos a few weeks ago and amazing content keep up the good work man!!

He's done it before! I think the extra opinion thing would be super cool
@@sydneydebord1224 ahhh! Newer to the channel and must have missed it when I was picking through videos. I’ll have to check them out! Thanks!

he has one! you gotta scroll a little it’s from 3 months ago
Can you react to Ink Master tattoos specifically the winners like Ryan Ashley? She went from contestant to a judge.
I used to like ALL tattoos that didn’t have color. Years ago. Now I like bold tattoos with bold color or black and white. You influenced me a lot 😂😂😂
Thin line but deep ink!
Can't wait for your viewer submissions video.
The standards for tattoos is so funny 😂😂😂 “in 10 years you’ll be able to tell what they are”
please do a video on chicano fineline
i will stick with my traditional tattoos that will age well
Same. I‘m 62 and still get kudos from 25y old ladies (, not that I take advantage of that…). 😎👍
Yup

Thank you for the history lesson
you’re hilarious lol
6:56 he keeps saying “she” but I’m pretty sure that’s a dude with a tattooed on bra
Omg, I see it.
Dear God you're right....
My niece is into the fine lines and she has some that are nice but some just link like a scribble.

Would like to hear your opinion on woodblock/engraving tattoos especially those with bolder lines and more texture
I figure he loves them

What do you think about girls getting the fine line tribal flower tats on their chest and sternum area? They seem way to trendy
Soy chicano freddy negredy por vida ese
9:16 dayumn is it just me or does this girl got some pythons for arms. 💪
Bro looks like Tom Delonge if he had picked up surfing instead of skateboarding
@KirkFaganTattoo - Kirk, what bodysuit should I go for traditional japanese in black and red or geometric?? What would age better ?
Japanese for sure.
@b00tybu77chks - Plus I've got 2 geometric sleeves already they take forever 🥱😆
For the algorithm 🖤
8:30 wtf is a “birth flower”
I think that bro doesn't like fineline tattoos
Kirk, please will you do a video about Labia and Butt-hole tattoos. Asking for my Uncle Ernie. Cheers.
