i am so confused right now, my feet pronate a bit, but the main problem is that my right foot has an accessory navicular which after skating for an hour, the next few days theres a red spot, and im getting used to it, but if i rub it it does bother me, i saw some article on how an orthotic with good arch support could help the navicular bone not rub as much on the boot, cause the arch on the insole will raise that part of my foot which will make the accessory navicular not stick out as much, are superfeet the option to go with for this issue? and how would i be able to know what size to get based on my arch if i cant physically try them out in stores (living in europe)
im also thinking about getting these particularly, cause i bought a size 7d skates, and the lhs i went to said im more of a size 6.5 but cheap skates dont have sizes inbetween, i read that it will also take a little bit of volume from the skates, which is something that i might find useful.
I have a question about SuperFeet size versus arch length and fitment. According to SuperFeet, I should be buying size D SuperFeet for size 7 skates, but if the arch length doesn’t work can I buy size E SuperFeet? Will the heel portion of size E SuperFeet fit into size 7 skates?

I have pain in my arches that slonwly builds as I skate to the point of becoming nearly unbearable. Will super feet carbon pro help alleviate that? I've done a arch test with cardboard and water, seems like my arch is normal but the pain in my new hyperlites is just horrible. I appreciate any advice.
Hi Travis, that sounds very painful and can be a common issue amongst skaters. Superfeet should help to stabilize your foot, alleviating the pain. For best results, make sure to get fit by a skate professional. Superfeet should be measured based on the arch length and not the size of a person's foot - from there it's trim to fit. I get pain on the outer side of my feet about 1 inch down from my pinky toe I’ve tried multiple skates and I still have pain there I also don’t have much of an arch in my feet so I was wondering if super feet would help relieve the pain
It sounds like Superfeet could be a solution! Punching out part of the skate might also help. We utilize a skate press which typically aids with discomfort. Stop in and we can help you out!
Would it be possible to show how much you remove of the outside knobs for heavy pronating caused by flat feet? im in europe and i just got a pair. Thank you!
I purchased a pair of super feet, but I feel like the arch support is too close to my heel. I also have somewhat flat feet, so would suoerfeet be a good fit for me anyways?

I know that every foot is different, but how much sizes would you have to go up to match you arch (on average)?
