Those are NOT the lines that need rusted replacement, you did not show anything that would help with the line that rust out under vehicle, this video is useless unless your changing the spider injector and removing manifold, you need to TITLE YOUR$ VIDEOS BETTER!
Thanks for the video. I had call the dealership a few minutes before finding it and they quoted me 8 hour labor plus parts. Labor alone was $1200 parts $200 for the line. Of course I was sick at the thought, but your video inspired me. I spent a few hours taking my time but was able to successfully remove the fuel line. I ordered the line and will put it on tomorrow or the next day. What a blessing that you shared. Great video.

Thanks for the vid' Thought it would also be including the fuel line underneath, including the fuel filter ;-) Will search for another possible vid' . . . .
What about the mid section from the lines you disconnected? Has a bracket on the trans I can't get to. This is where the problem is. I have the tank dropped. And need the mid section out. Need a video of mid send / return line, removal/ install please

O ring placement if they happen to come out of cpi when pulling out, and the other end of rail o rings also. No one talks about the o ring, metal washer spacer, 2nd o ring then another 1/2" long plastic spacer. Have no idea if new unit, or gasket kit was supposed to come with identical o rings and spacers. What a rig job straight from manufacturer, aftermarket don't even know what the hell is needed to properly not burn your truck.
I put these new injectors in my truck yesterday but the damn plastic sleeve and everything came out when the line did when I moved it just a hair to tighten it up in the back. Now I can’t Fuckin get the lines to sit back in properly they just keep popping out, any tips on how to get the plastic sleeve both o rings and metal washer to go back in snug without coming out ?
The fuel lines connected to the injector spider 4:20-4:45 does anything go between the lines and inlet/ outlet besides the o ring? Mine have a black plastic sleeve as well
I have a leak right at that spot! I cant figure out what I need to replace to get it to stop leaking. One day the line just popped out! Now there is play right there. The line moves up and down even though the hold down bracket is in place. I have those black plastic sleeves in place but I'm not sure about the O rings. Any help? Where can I get o rings?
When you put the feed line and the return line back on is there an o-ring that fits on each one of them before you put down the bracket. I start my vehicle up one day and it was leaking in that spot I took the bracket off pull the two lines out there was an old ring on each one they were shot I had to guess at the right size I bolted back down it's still leaked I think the diameter of the o-ring was too too small we'll have to go to a larger diameter to make sure it has a snug fit
I'm having trouble with the flare nut on the left side. It's hard to thread in. It would seat in but popped out after tightening. I eventually got it but it didn't go very far before getting tight. I may have cross threaded it. Is it possible to replace the flare nut? Would it just come off easy?

Forget that bracket Anthony. GM has it betweeen the trans and motor which is a terrible idea. Just cut those lines and feed the new ones around it.
Great video. An example of why you should have a professional mechanic do this.
I put a new fuel pump on, the fuel pump is working good. But I can't get my truck started. Any suggestions?! Please let me know ASAP. Thanks
What was reason for replacing lines ?I have 97 K1500
Suggested video - How to remove the folding armrest in the interior seats. For this truck video series.
Why does no one show the lines at the tank, That's where my issue is.
this is a lot different from 88 & 89s wish you,d do one for the right year

Same here. Trying to figure where everything goes on a 94 with TBI
Is the bracket supposed to hold down the indentation on fuel lines? Because right now mines touching the plastic and not the metal.

This is literally the reason I’m here because I bought a truck off this guy and he forgot to do the rings and most of them are missing 🤦♂️
Do you mean a 16 mm flair nut wrench. I can't get my fuel line on of my throttle body with a metric 16 mm Wrench
Tbh wouldn’t recommend it but I just used pliers if you got a strong grip it’s tedious, but it gets the job done
i have a problem with my o ring when i install everything back together starts lickin can somebodye help me out
Great video! It showed me everything I needed to know! Thanks for posting!
Thank you for the great video

@@holdfast98 what was your solution to this? I've got the same problem
This is not the same procedure as my '94.
It is most likely slightly different for the Throttle Body Injected (TBI) engines, which were replaced by the Vortec engines for the '96 model year.
Good video and good job
What’s the parts number to this fuel line?
What part number are the fuel lines please
Very helpful

Didnt know 88-95 had vortecs lol smh
Bradley Sisson from 96-00 it had the vortec version of the 350
Bradley Sisson sadly, I’ve only ever had vortex in the trucks from these years
Anyone know where I can find those fuel lines for a 1998 S10 with the 4.3 in it?
Is there an o-ring or seal where the lines bolt down at the throttle body?
Yes.

Isn’t there an o ring in the rear where the lines connect ?
Yes he definitely should mention to check them orings
