one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page

Man.. with that title, and how the video started (one could tell how you genuinely feel physically), I was really expecting a different type of video.
You could have taken the mopy, woe is me route and complained about how hard life is when running muptiple businesses... instead, you flipped it 180 and put out a motivational vlog on truly looking at yourself and asking yourself hard questions.
I love how you desire to develop those around you and make them better, and I'm happy for you that you have people working for you who want to be better and grow professionally.

Yeah, it’s tough, brother. We have to be honest with ourselves. Late last year my life start resembling the way your Raptor was acting a few weeks ago. I had to shut everything down and recalibrate. Which lead me to this question: what brings me home? And that’s been the litmus for everything going into this year and this year in general. And centering everything around what brings me home is more difficult than I thought it would be, but it’s working. Praying for you, buddy.

PRACTICE, PROFICIENCY, EFFICIENCY.
In order to be intentional in all things you have to practice which leads to being proficient and that breeds efficiency. Period. You also have to choose very wisely who you spend your time with bc you do not get that time back.

Gret vid Rob! Just a heads up had to quit zyn about a month ago. Couldn't sleep more than 4 hours a night because of it. Feel way better and back to normal now. Something is different about those compared to a cigar.
Great video! A boss isn't just a boss, a true Boss is a Leader. Leader's can self reflect, and improve. By showing your people that, it's also leading by example, which is hugely inspiring. Very cool to see, and I wish my bosses of the past were as honest with themselves as you have become. I might have stuck around longer, but we were treated as disposable, no matter how good we were.
Just be cautious when focusing on the details. You lose sight of the bigger picture and ultimately become less productive. That's why you have an awesome team behind you, so they can focus on the details.

i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.

I’ve always been curious to know how you define growth within each aspect of the brands, because it means different things to different people. I see the clothing line, for example, and think it could blow up and be massive everywhere, but is that your intention? What is your idea of success for each project?
