Just put it very low and on the opposite side of the door to the locks, and don't leave the keys in the door. I would release a pack of Labradors into the aftermath of the food fight sorted. Confetti is a nightmare,now many of the church's ban paper but you can use natural dried flowers as an alternative.
I used to dance, I went to a 'bluelight disco'(run as a safe dance for kids by the police) and I was bopping away and heard laughing, didn't take much notice until I turned around to see my mum and her boyfriend laughing at me, I never danced again. 😢.
Glitter is worse than confetti. There's no getting rid of that. Many venues won't allow it for that reason.

Are you insane? Confetti. You can vacuum, can’t vacuum a food fight, you have to wash every surface.
