Any more power and we'd just spin out in the dirt. This truck has been updated and now has a Power-Wagon e-locker up front and Yukon grizzly in the back; there's enough power to do whatever we want with it. That said, agreed on California sucking....

Is the rear bumper Mercenary as well and if so what model? Also, did you have to do any fabricating to the bedside fenders when you put that rear bumper on?
The installation instructions for the carli torsion bar gets a little vague when it comes to installing the end links. I snagged some screenshots from this video to help me figure out how it's supposed to be installed
Now that the video is a couple of years old, anything that you would change do differently? I've been looking at the Carli for my 2003 Ram 3500, the truck just went over 360,000 miles and it's getting to be pretty obvious that I'm going to have it for another 20 years, so I might as well make it comfortable.

You guys in the desert build nice trucks. Nowhere to really use it where I live. All you need to go just about anywhere in Oklahoma in Ram 2500 is the Back Country Kit and a set of 35” or 37” tires. The go fast shocks are just overkill look at me at the mall around here
Get the OEM ones. There's lots of places to order them online, Genos Garage sells replacements too. Just stay away from the cheap ebay and amazon ones.
CJC Off Road hey I’m sorry for asking so much but on the six inch radius arm or the three inch long arm why is the three inch long arm more then the six inch is there more to it or is it better idk just asking
@@kurtiscurtis8102 There's more to it. The Fabricated radius arm is comprised of basically two lower arms with a shock on one side. The Long Arms are 4 complete arms - more material, labor and parts to build the arms.

I need this suspension to drive down the terrible roads where I live.
Great looking truck Dan T! Making me want those long arms and a truss on my ‘06!
I wish Carli made traction bars for the rear... love the front bumper!
Jason S Patton fab makes some pretty nice ones for off-roading
I’m from Texas . I truly feel bad for the car enthusiasts in California.. nice truck

Great looking and functional rig! Love the aux switch cluster. Maybe fab one to sell?
Oh my... Beautiful. It's a very tasteful build. Thanks for the video!
Nice build thanks for the rundown!
My favorite carli vid yet!
Great video! Need more videos like this
That bumper is sick and clean!
Absolutely solid, thanks for the video!
Beautiful build
Beautiful truck
I was going to give my Son my 03 3500, maybe I should reconsider that...
Don't "give " him shit all. Make him earn that.

True I’d love to give my son a truck like that when he’s not 5 months old lol with all the shit kids are into now you’d be doing your son a favor.
no way I was just talking to this guy on insta the other week
Time for an update video...Dan has definitely made some cool changes on it.
Agreed! We’ll do one as soon as he’s on 40s
I think Dan will accept the challenge.
Real nice !! Great lookin truck.
Can you tell me who makes the gauge pod? I’ve got a 04.5 -3G, I need to install gauges and I love the look of your gauge pod!

I thought the 2003 HO only came paired with the NV5600?
Sick Rig Dan. For a Ram. Lol. Jk man. That’s sweet build!

Sounds like and looks like you used some common sense. especially not killing the cummins . great video
Amazing and inspiring rig. How well does the PSC steering ram hold up? I want to get one
Seems to be holding up well on Dan's truck!
No issues to report, amazing upgrade for the 38" tires.
What gearing would you recommend on 37 Toyos truck will tow occasionally. 4.10 or 4.30?
We'd probably suggest 4.10 to maintain better highway cruising range.
@@CJCOffRoad awesome thank you
What size Tater Turbo did you go with? And did you have to go with ARP headstuds?
62/63 HE 341 13mm shaft, i believe. No Studs needed on this.
What is the hp and torque?
Can we get an updated video? Please!
We have it ready to edit!
@@CJCOffRoad can't wait to see it!
The wheels what size? Because it a nice wheel and tire comb!
This truck is on 17" wheels with 38" tires. There was HEAVY cutting involved to make that set up clear.
@@CJCOffRoad thanks again appreciate it I enjoy you all projects
I thought you were running Fox shocks???
Are those headlights stock? Any headlight recommendations? I have an 03 with excessive yellowing I can’t get rid of and need to replace them.
Nicholas Van Duyn replaces the stock yellowed with these new ones.
What brand are they or do you have a link where I can get some?

Will do. Thanks guys!
Anyone know what rear bumper that is?
Smart Sr., blowing up trucks since the early 2000s 😂🤣😂🤣. So funny to see where people choose to spend their money and where they choose to cheap out.
Is the transmission a 10 speed?
10 speed ? It’s a 4 speed auto
Are these reliable?
Extremely!
Needs more tire shine
It’s a long arm but what size lift 3 or 6
The suspension on this truck gives a 3" height increase!

Also...lock that spare.
It's under a tonneau with a locking tailgate.
Jesus I looked up his kit it's over 10k..
But ... you have the funny looking steering wheel than the 05’ jk had to hate a lil
Plz get tow mirrors
Every have any regrets going 4.56?
mj23polairs only when I want to go 90 on the highway and my truck won’t shift into 5th or 6th.
48re problems haha
Ugh..... no peel out or sound clip? Psh!
