(This map is a 1:1 recreation of Minecraft: Story Mode S1 & S2). It contains every single scene from the game including Menu dioramas and deleted scenes, built in Vanilla Minecraft. It was made from game models from the actual game archives.
When exploring the map, we have tried to make it as user friendly as possible and that means we have added:
- A teleport lobby, and seamless teleporters where it will almost be like you weren't ever teleported,
- Buttons and levers which work like in the game,
- Easter eggs which are in each episode around the map. Find them all!
- Resource packs for each episode. This is explained in the map tutorial room,
- Signs and helpful markers to guide you through the map.
At the start of the map, there is a tutorial room. You MUST read all the signs there and follow along. Otherwise, the map will not make sense and you will definitely miss out on some of the features added.

Q: What version is this for?
A: The map was made in Java 1.12. The download is in Java 1.16.5, AND Bedrock 1.19.80. Download everything in the mediafire link - the big blue button. Do not download from anywhere else, as it is not from us.
Q: What is the best place to contact you?
A: Please contact us on discord, as here we are rarely active.
Q: The map is not showing up?
A: On Bedrock, drag the MCWORLD file into the bedrock app. It should import for you, if not contact us on discord.
On Java, locate your .minecraft folder (not sure how watch this). Ensure that folder is the one which your current installation - 1.16.5.
Then, go into saves, and drag the world folder here. Read the README file inside the download, do not just put the zip/downloaded folder.

Aesthetic alone doesn't make a good game, but I agree that MCSM better captured the aesthetic of pre-1.12 Minecraft
The one thing i still like about story mode is what they did within the natural limitations of what could exist in a standard minecraft world, and seeing it here just makes me wanna play it for myself.

If there’s one thing I wanna ask is how Minecraft never added the world of Season one and season two with the skin packs as well and it probably would be too much which would be understandable but would be cool if the skins were in Minecraft Dungeons with their own special lines.
On ps4 back in the days you could buy the skins.

I just realised how its technically possible to make minecraft storymodes map, using some kinda complex measurements by measuring the distance of 1 block in the overworld compared to the nether it would technically be possible to calculate how far the order of the stones temple is from endercon, you could also fo this for all other mcsm parts, some parts could be improvised, although it wouldnt be accurate it would still work for witherstormmods and stuff.
It probably wouldn’t work since several scenes are extended in the nether to allow for the ghast combat meaning the minecart tracks could be shorter or longer depending on the person

Not true. It was all modelled in studios like maya - we converted the models to minecraft and built in minecraft along side them

This looks so legit. You did such a good job. Seriously, this looks exactly like everything did in Minecraft Story Mode Season 1, Season 1 Adventure Pass, and Season 2. Now, the only thing you need to do, is create a backup of the world, download the modern wither storm mod, and recreate the story so that it's lore accurate as well. But, in all seriousness, one can see the amount of polish done by every single one of the builders you credited.
To those builders: aabi_, Vunder - Lucas, mjzy, Pish, jkPlayer998, ZombMC, Gamerzen, Pish (again???), TheEye, Legacy Builders, Cassie_Rose (Not the White Pumpkin I hope), coggi, WolfyBuilder, Willster1702, Jesse_HD, Mistereman, rcfam6, TheUltimateMCSMfangirl, Admin Tinka MCSM; To you; and to Telltale Games, great job on creating such an amazing world.
The features you and the other builders added are also incredible. The Menu Dioramas and Scenes from MCSM itself, and including _Deleted Scenes_ from the original MCSM; A Teleport Lobby to go to Different Episodes, Episode Areas, or Locations throughout the Map from the world of MCSM; Seamless Teleporters; Buttons and Levers that work just like their Minecraft Story Mode Versions/Iterations do, Easter Eggs and References, some of which possibly being new, if not all being *completely* new, Unique Resource Packs for each MCSM Episode, Helpful Signs and Markers to guide people, like myself, throughout the map; and, last but certainly not least, a Tutorial Room with *_MUST READ_* signs there that explain the World, Features of the World, and the Episode Resource Packs.
Everything looks fantastic, and It's hard to believe that this is even real to an extent. However, I do have just one, simple, complaint, which is minor: None of the Portals in the Portal Hallway from the End of MCSM Episode 5, and throughout the rest of MCSM, are labeled. However, this is accurate to Minecraft Story Mode (I couldn't use MCSM for the entire Comment, forgive me) and none of the Portals in that hallway that lead to places we never see in the game have teleporter pressure plates, so this can be forgiven. I also had a minor complaint about certain areas that, in the game, had backgrounds only showing the sky, mainly in Season 2, but I realized that building those would've added even more collective hours to the already, and highly insane, approximated 5000 collective hours it took to build the map... So, I can understand why that is the case. There is also the lack of rooms or houses in areas, such as the White Pumkin Manor/Mansion's lack of rooms, but that can be attributed to there being no houses/rooms that exist in Minecraft Story Mode.
There are a few issues I should mention All of which *stemmed* from the White Pumkin Mansion.
1. The Portraits in the White Pumpkin's Mansion are just empty item frames. While I understand the use of Map Art, it does somewhat break the immersion of the map.
2. The White Pumkin Armor Stand, in Game, is a Black-Dark Blue with Brown Boots. You Could've Easily Achieved this by using a mix of Black Die or Ink Sacs and Blue die, likely 3-4 Blue Dyes to 6-4 or 5-4 Ink Sacs or Black Dyes, for the Leather Tunic and Leather Pants, and Brown dye, possibly 7-8 Brown Dyes or Cocoa Beans to 1 Ink Sac or Black Dye, for the boots.
3. There aren't a lot of Rooms in the White Pumpkin's Mansion, and no spare houses in places where they could've been included. But, as explained earlier, the rooms, houses, and/or houses with rooms/rooms in houses that we were not built or added did not existing in Minecraft Story Mode proper. Although it still would've been a neat detail if you added those rooms, houses, or houses with rooms to the map. In fact, it would've been a nice way to hide more easter eggs from the builders, yourself, or Minecraft Story mode as a whole.
I also have 1, 2, or a few Recommendations, but by no means do any of you need to listen to them, as they are just my thoughts. I would also like to know your own.
Recommendations:
1. Maybe add a few secret minigames for the player that could unlock items, such as a pressure plate that can be placed on a certain block in the Teleport Lobby, which can be done through adventure mode or coding, to unlock bonus content. For Example: If a player recreates the Dinner Scene from Episode 6, "A Portal to Mystery," or adds the missing portraits from the same episode, within the White Pumpkin's Mansion, they can unlock an abandoned version of the White Pumpkin's Mansion, or the White Pumpkin's Axe, or the White Pumkin's Uniform/Armor/Pumpkin, Jumpsuit, and Boots. Or if the Player finds Magnus' Armor in Boom Town, they can unlock the present version of Boom Town that's ruled by Axel. Maybe finding Ellegard's Armor in a secret Location could unlock the present version of Redstonia run by Olivia.
2. Adding more houses and Rooms to Increase the amount of exploration throughout the Map would be an incredible addition, as it would allow for many people to see parts of the world of Minecraft Story Mode that went unseen in the original Game.
3. Adding custom boss fights to the map could give the map a lot of added depth, and even playability that isn't just "See the World" or "Walking Simulator: The World of Minecraft Story Mode Edition." Boss Battle Examples: The Death Bowl Magnus Boss Battle from the Magnus Route of Season 1 Episode 2, "Assembly Required"; The Wither Storm's Command Block Battle from Season 1 Episode 4, "A Block in a Hard Place"; The Aiden Boss Fight from Season 1 Episode 5, "Order Up!"; The battle against Cassie Rose/The White Pumpkin from Season 1 Episode 6, A Portal to Mystery, The PAMMA boss from Season 1 Episode 7, "ACCESS DENIED"; The Battle Against Hadrian and Mevia from Season 1 Episode 8, "A Journey's End?"; Romeo's Prismarine Colossus boss from the Beginning of Season 2 Episode 2, "Giant Consequences"; The Icy Golem Boss Fight from Season 2 Episode 2, "Giant Consequences"; The Giant Ghast Boss Fight from Season 2 Episode 3, "Jailhouse Block"; The Giant Magma Golem (Named by Fans) from Season 2 Episode 4, "Below the Bedrock"; and, last but not least, the Romeo boss fight from the end of Season 2 Episode 5, "Above and Beyond".
4. Survival Segments, such as the Mob attack from Season 1 Episode 1, "The Order of the Stone", Endermen from Season 1 Episode 3, "The Last place you Look", the Zombie Horde from Season 1 Episode 6, "A Portal to Mystery", or he Mini Icy Golems from Season 2 Episode 2, "Giant Consequences" (Which could Precede the Icy Golem boss fight), if added, could add at least a little bit of depth.
With that all being said, I've run out of time. So, now, I need to thank you, all of you, so much for making such an amazing map.

P.P.S. It should be noted that I credited Telltale Games for one reason and one reason only... without them, the world of Minecraft Story mode simply would not exist. However, I do not forgive the Employee Layoffs that hurt those, likely still now former, employees of Telltale games, who have my sincerest condolences for any struggles they were met with as a result, as well as hopes and well wishes that they are better now. (I did my research for that one, and I'm proud of doing so since it should be brought to attention that there were employees hurt by those layoffs.)

This is one of my favourite games of all the times. The sounds of it can return me back to the times of innocent careless childhood when the only thing i wished about was that there will be any SpongeBob SquarePants on my tv (yes, we used television back in those times). When i wish to feel like back in childhood, i launch this game.

No. We used game models and a custom mod for minecraft which loaded them into vanilla minecraft so we could build it in game on the models. Some improv was needed, eg all mcsm doors are 1.5 blocks!!! But everything built was built exactly from the models of the actual mcsm games

Lmao pama took ages to build the mountains were block by block it took about 3 days
Yeah, I didn't have the patience to build the entire place block for block with only being able to look at everything from the games camera perspective. At the time I only had my phone, so I just referenced videos and images where I could, but if I had a computer with access to the whole model I would have absolutely built that whole place ages ago.
I know you said Bedrock would come later… Im curious when? Or a calculated theory on when you COULD be done. Depending how much you got done at this time

It's java cause of the shaders this guy is using. Also, it doesn't show the Hud at the bottom, so it's java. You can hide the Hud on java

Nope . All built on a super flat. We used game models and made al the builds and terrain ourself block to block using game models
