- Ms Heard made the allegation in the High Court and claims she punched him during an incident in March 2015 as she feared that he might do the same to her sister Whitney. Eleanor Laws QC, Depp's lawyer,asked her about being violent towards Depp during the fight, Heard said: 'He pushed Kate Moss down the stairs, I heard this from two people, and this was fresh in my mind'. Ms Laws accused Heard of 'adding' the Kate Moss incident during her evidence as she had never mentioned it before. The court was then played an excerpt of Heard's deposition in August 2016, in which she talks about the March 2015 incident. Laws repeated her allegation that there is no mention of Kate Moss.

I remember my first girlfriend in high school i was 16 and she would hit me on multiple occasions. one time she hit me 3 or 4 times so hard in my face i never thought about it but i never once was talked to about female abuse, anyway i never dated a girl thats been abusive since and any time i notice signs or verbal abuse i just dip its unhealthy!

My ex girlfriend slapped me once while we were having a very bad argument. She instantly apologized, begged me to forgive her, said it was an accident, kept saying how she'd never hit a man. I did forgive that time, but this happened again, she hit/pushed me so hard that I was about to fall down. I left that night and dumped her over text the same night and never spoke to her again. When I talked about to my friends, one of my friends literally laughed and made fun of me. This is how the world treats men.

My ex girlfriend was emotionally and physically abusive. She was pretty and petite on the outside that no would think she'd do all that. Once she slapped me in the face so hard and the inside of my mouth started bleeding. That's when I saw her for the last time. Blocked her everywhere. I still feel like crying when those memories flash. I've only opened up to my best friend ,he understands me and is not the type to make fun of me for these things. But I can tell some of the guys in my circle who'd laugh it off, if I ever shared this with them.

I have lived it and can confirm they don't believe you as the man. My story is to long to share here, but I've thought many times about sharing it to hopefully save others. People like Amber Heard are master manipulators of the highest order. Unless you've seen it first hand, you can't quite believe it. My ex was the same way. It's movie script worthy manipulation.

She's also over explaining which is the mark of a liar. Most judges will catch this instantly.
She admitted she meant to punch him. Which is enough to say she meant domestic violence.
But in defense about stuttering because I’m a huge stutterer. Over explaining can be a sign of nervousness or discomfort. But the case for nervousness can be caused by two major reasons. Maybe because she was lying but it could also be because of a history of not being believed. For me, I have a traumatic childhood history of not being believed.
I do feel however, the fact she admitted to punching means she did intentionally abuse Depp but I just wanted to put the message out in defense for people who have stuttering issues or defensive communication. That sometimes it’s due to a long history of not being believed. But in this case I can’t say for certain if Amber Heard has such a history.

Just like some people use religion in ways that go against its fundamental principles, some people use feminism to bash instead of educate and uplift. To make it perfectly clear, we are in agreement that Amber Heard is in the wrong here and that the media's handling of this situation has been completely skewed and inappropriate. She deserves to have consequences, just as we need to address how DV against men is viewed societally. I think anytime a nuanced and sensitive situation such as DV or sexual assault happens, we need to rely less on the media to deal with it.

The way he says "that's why you punched me?" At the end, was chilling to hear. His voice emotes sheer hurt and confusion, you can really tell he loved her & you hear in his voice that crushing realisation, or possibly just reiteration of what he already knew, that she was narcissistic/sociopathic (idk, I'm no psych.) And ultimately probably never loved him in the first place, wow.

It's obvious the door and punch were both intentional. Johnny had to hide himself in the bathroom. He even pleaded "please please, don't..." and then even after getting hit with the door and getting punched didn't react violently towards her. Let’s be honest here. There is little reason for this to still be an ongoing legal battle. There are multiple pieces of evidence confirming she both abused him and admitted to the acts. She has proven unable to maintain a coherent lie and is continuing to come out with new ‘stories’ about increasingly worse things Johnny has done, only in her case there is zero evidence. She admits to assault and blames her victim for it. Lack of empathy and personal accountability; what are these symptoms of again...?
