Before the DOJ took off with the Code crew, Jeff was "Stoner Steve" who had a gf called Lisa. Well when FiveM was released, Jeff had his REAL gf voice Lisa in one of the Code Zero patrols. Buggs, Polecat, Zach all chased and ended up killing her. Alfredo is one Zach's characters, kind of a hitman kind of mentality if I remember him correctly. Been a while since I've seen him.
