I have an awkward space that’s making me a little crazy. In my family room, I have a large black armoire that hides the TV behind closed doors. I enjoy decorating the top of the armoire based on the season. To the left of the armoire, I have about 6 feet of blank wall. The other side of the armoire is only about 2 feet of wall and has light controls. The armoire is off center on this wall, but it is centered based on the kitchen island, and the cable cords are behind it. Any suggestions for these walls would be greatly appreciated. 😊

Hi Connie! Sounds like you have a 6-foot awkward space! 😊 To fill the space try adding something visually as tall as the Armoire. Centering the Armoire is not an option, right??? Instead, try stacked artwork next to it with a tall plant beside it. To create balance, you need to fill the dead space with something similar in size/scale to the Armoire. Hope this helps! Man these spaces look huge compared to my awkward 800sq ft cap cod style house in the suburbs. Built in 1926 but it's hard to work with and major renovation is not in the budget.
