Great response, good point. All the signs, NDE’s happening much more than ever, scholars finding more and more that science and history are proving God in Christ. I died and was sent back. Many skeptics ask why I’m so lucky. Lucky? My faith would gain me paradise and they think coming back here is luck or blessing? There have been blessings for sure but my witness is so much more powerful. Gary stated that when he was doing his doctorate, even believers were becoming skeptical of a bodily resurrection. Now, well, this lecture is all about where we are today. Then we have Mark Lanier using his hard fought earning to build this Library and featuring top flight dialogues between scholars and lectures from scholars. Lord, come quickly
Thank you, Mark Lanier, for your deep faith and commitment to share these top flight scholars teaching. Your Green Theology is one I’ve recommended to many. I have gained so much in my faith walk that it would be immeasurable. The Justin Brierly talk was another useful tool. So many skeptics don’t get how hopeless their atheism is. Shalom
@EvilXtianity That's what You have to do for yourself of course. Avoid being lazy in your scholarship/ research. If you want it proved YOU must do your own work on the Bible. When even reading the word ' Bible ' sets you off then you know you are being coerced against your own searching. If you don't search my boy you don't get you're proof your asking for. Hey, go find it is the message. We all have. Sirry for having to explain that to you so elementarily but even experts were beginners once .Good luck to your studies.
@@truincanada You know none of the Gospel authors witnessed Jesus, right? And the original version of the oldest gospel of Mark did not originally include any appearances of Jesus after the women visited the tomb on Easter morning. Mark originally ended at verse 16:8, with no appearances of the risen Jesus - merely a statement that the young man told the women that Jesus' body was gone and they fled in terror, telling no one.

@@NoApologiesTeam There is literally no contemporaneous evidence that Jesus ever existed. 1. None of the Gospel authors witnessed Jesus. 2. In the entire first century Jesus is not mentioned by a single historian, religion scholar, politician, philosopher, or poet. His name never occurs in a single inscription, carving, sculpture, or monument and is never found in a single piece of private correspondence or official record. 3. Jesus himself left no archaeological evidence of any kind, such as artifacts, tombs, dwellings, works of carpentry, or self-written manuscripts.
Gary is here at the right time in history with his scholarship 😊.

I love this! 🙏🏻
Love ya brother Gary. Thanks!

"Evidenced"? Is that a word now?
1. be or show evidence of:
"that it has been populated from prehistoric times is evidenced by the remains of Neolithic buildings"
Take away ....Denying it does NOT disprove it. Fact.
So, prove it.

Provide the single-best evidence you have that Jesus existed.
@@EvilXtianity Hello again. Read Ehrman's book, "Did Jesus Exist?"
