THANK YOU!!!! I am going to try these for balance and breathing... Before Aug 2 when I was placed on Oxygen I was having 20 to 25 days per month with Migraines after getting on Oxygen my Migraines disappeared. I have had a few headaches but never a migraine. I am going to start using these techniques and hopefully I will not have to continue to turn to Meclizine and Zofran for my dizziness and headache medication for headaches.

Hi I am pleased that your guest is helping a lot of people however the balance center is located in the temporal bone not the mastoid process these two bones are beside each other. I work full time treating concussion people. Your TBI coach you tube posts/channel are great and you cover many of the symptoms that get missed by general practitioners and medical specialists. fortunately there is increasing interest in TBI both from the public and from the medical and allied health professionals with new treatment systems and research coming to the for all the time. your you tube channel is great. please continue to encourage people not to give up and keep looking for solutions . . Thanks for the great work you do.

Does this exercise synchronize the brain hemispheres? If so, could it help align the body like the hands-on technique known as alphabiotics?

Quick question. She didn't address what to do if symptoms increased while doing these? On the clavicle one, my tinnitus and sick to my stomach feelings increased. What does that mean?

What if the exercise does make you dizzy or nauseous?

This is a simple one requiring no motion so it should not make things worse. You are just holding points. The cross-crawls might. Try doing a little less and doing them slower.
