Enough lang until makuha yung right peaks Had to learn it the hard way (sayang 3 egg whites haha). Oks naman yung second attempt after further research kung paano gumawa ng meringue properly. 😅

Very well demonstrated.and the neat way you added the crushed nuts to the cake sides,was very professionaly done I plan to make the same but will have chocolate butter cream,to bring those childhood memories back We used to buy elongated 5 inch pastries with 2 sides and chocolate cream filling inbetween.
