    One of my all time favourites ' first saw him play it in 71/72 .thanks for posting it.

      I was introduced to him in 73 at university when a friend played the Solid Air LP, but never got to see him live - which I will always regret.

      Came out much earlier, check out Outside In live from this era, same sound, out of this world performance.

    I'm new to this guy. Did he ever perform with a band?

      He did form his own band later in his career. His first album was in 1968 London Conversation and was just him and his acoustic guitar but as time progressed he embraced many styles of music. He experimented with many styles of music and each album was different from the next. You can find his catalogue on ITunes and it’s worth getting into. Most of these songs from this concert are from “One World” which is a brilliant album. He also worked with Phil Collins who produced some of his later albums.He was a brilliant artist. Missed but not forgotten.
