I got my lightgun to work well after hours trying. For mine though the button mapping on pc software was different. The left button & trigger mapping was reversed for mine, but works great now!

Thanks for this video. My Aimtrak arrived today and I was able to get it setup fairly quickly. I'm pretty disappointed with it though. Having to stand 5 feet back is a little too far for me and the gun really doesn't work very well. Also disappointed that I can't reload in Lethal Enforcers. This lacklustre light gun experience is, in my opinion, not worth the price of admission.

All in all I am very disappointed with this product, any idea why I am having this problem? I am tempted to send it back and try the Sinden light gun. Well I have tried again, calibrates perfectly on my PC but will not calibrate properly on my Arcade Ultimate. I've had enough it's going back and I have ordered the Sinden.
Hey brother I picked up a couple aimtrak guns for the legends ultimate Off eBay I have latest version of coin ops on the legends ultimate but the problem is games like operation wolf T2 Revolution x The recoil is only recoiling after a single shot instead of continuous because the guns in the game are machine guns and in should be constant not sure what to options change in aimtrak setup tool any help would be appreciated can wait to get up with you next time you come through Chicago Thanks Tone
All seems to work, except when playing games, the trigger button is on the A Button of the ALU not on the GUN trigger. Any ideas on how to remap this to correct Gun Trigger?
I just bought the 2020 version of the ALU and followed this video for my Aimtrak. Eventhough I mapped the buttons exactly according to your instructions none of the buttons work at all. Did Atgames end support for the Aimtrak since their own lightgun comes out in December?. Did I just waste $100?.
I can only get 2 guns working on alien 3. I tried terminator 2 and lethal enforcers. The player 2 reticle is stuck in the upper left corner off screen. Trigger and bomb buttons do work.Any tips to fix this would be appreciated.
I got the recommended 2.0 usb hub but It gives me a no signal error. I tried even just the hub by itself and still get the error. Any tricks to get around it? Thanks again
Hi quick question I'm thinking about buying 2 of these guns. Do you think this will work if my tv that's running coinopsx is is set up high and the TV is tilted at a 15 degree ang down. So the sensors would be mounted high and angle down towards the gun. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hey PDubs, I got the gun to calibrate with my machine, got some lightgun saUCE from fans of saUCE. Game starts I see my aim or mouse moving but it won’t register the click I shot but nothing happens. What is it? Does the game need button mapping or those games are not made for the aimtrek?
Also I did my I did the mame options and the game works but the problem is it will not track the mouse or the aim won’t move so the rom it self is not picking up the gun. Is it the wrong rom or I’m I missing the step

I have the TMNT arcade mod already with pi. Problem is the pi has 4 USB ports only. Can I unplud on joystick then plug in the extender. Then plug the joy stick and light gun into a extender or does it have to be a specific joystick plugged in? Like player one? i
In all honesty, I haven't tried to hook up the gun to a 4-player cabinet but what you're saying makes sense. You only have 4 USB ports, recommend Player 1 for the Gun for sure. If you have an extender give it a shot, worst thing that happens, doesn't work and we look up a new plan.

I made this video over a year ago. A lot has changed, could be firmware but Usually if the triggers isn't working the UCE file was made with the wrong core. If you get the game files from the coinopsx team those files should work. But then again, I took the light bar off my cabinet 6 months ago and haven't tried it since so no idea why not working today
Can you run hlsl settings or scan lines with using light guns or make the screens smaller in size? Besides the set up & calibration this is just like setting up to use a mouse in mame?

OK I had to dig through RUclips Studio and find your question/post. This must be the one question you asked me to respond to on my latest video. There is No Legal Place to get Light Gun Game ROMs that I can think of - I would just google Full Mame 2003 0.78 RomSet and you will find 0.78 compatible roms that work with the light gun core
I've tried for days and cannot get this gun calibrated! Beyond frustrated! Followed the steps precisely and it wont calibrate at all. During game play cross hair stays in center and im only able to shoot in the center...any ideas? Stuck at bottom cross hair! arrgghh
I could not get my Aimtrac light gun to work with Atgames Legend Ultimate. I configured on the PC exactly the way PDubs and calibrate my Aimtrac light gun on the ALU it will track in the game but the trigger on the light gun will not work in the game. However I can get the gun to work if I press the "A" on the ALU and then it works in the game. It seems a lot of these light guns work thru the PC and they are problematic to work.

Honestly I don't know I haven't tried Light Gun Games on this cabinet in over 6 months. It should still be supported, but I haven't tested latest firmwares. Best to ask the AtGames Discord Channel
LOL, AtGames screwed up the mapping with the Core Max update that allows CoinOpsX without being on line. None of the keys work correctly. AtGames IMO has lost my vote and are now in the Suck category. That is unless they fix it.
Email support@atgames.net, they can help since it's a supported feature on the cabinet. Did my best with these videos. I'm sorry to hear it's not working.
@@PDubsArcadeLoft thank you. I'll try that. What's happening. I get it working and configured on the computer. And when I plug it into arcade is jerky and freezes. I tried both USB ports. But it moves fluid then freezes on the calibrate page. And the freeze is for a few seconds. Anything I could try to clear or restart. I am using the Amazon USB hub. So maybe that can be bad?

When I play with my AIMTrak i notice a double Cross hair on my screen is there a way to disable the double crosshair? It’s mostly with PCSX2 games

In all honesty, I haven't tried to hook up the gun to a 4-player cabinet but what you're saying makes sense. You only have 4 USB ports, recommend Player 1 for the Gun for sure. If you have an extender give it a shot, worst thing that happens, doesn't work and we look up a new plan.

I dont have a computer to do the actual aimtrak setup. When using it the red button is my trigger. Is there any way to change that in atgames?

For me it was simply plugging the gun into the USB 2.0 port that got the trigger working.

You can change the screen size and scan lines that's built into the legends Ultimate. For more info Google or RUclips AimTrak Mame.

Honestly I don't know I haven't tried Light Gun Games on this cabinet in over 6 months. It should still be supported, but I haven't tested latest firmwares. Best to ask the AtGames Discord Channel

Yes it is now compatible with 2 light guns (aimtrak) but I've never tried it

It's possible the hub is bad but this sounds more an issue with calibration. Are you on Facebook?
