Had 3 or 4 of those plastic ones larger animals can just bulldoze thru those ones I found another one it's aluminum much stronger runs on rechargeable battery with an included solar panel and has many time and daylight options worth a lil extra
I’d be so worried about it breaking and hurting my baby chickens lol or not opening, and you go off to work expecting it’s opened and it hasn’t. And then the chickens are stuck in there all day. Temu stuff has never worked as intended for me, but maybe it will for you
Fair. The one I’ve used before from Omegle was $300 and included a door sensor so it wouldn’t hurt them as well as a timer function. My chooks have their water supply inside so I’m not too worried about them being stuck in all day.
Would be interesting here in the north of Europe, it would likely stay open for a portion of the summer.

So true. That’s why I wouldn’t use this in the paddock. The Omlet brand one I used on my last farm had a timer option. We set it to 10am.
I bought 2 of those, huge pile of Junk. Save your money.
