Wow. I live in Hoi A Vietnam and a lot of rice is grown like it has for centuries. I love watching the stages of planting and growing and harvesting. And they have ducks! Now I know a little more about it. Thanks

Wow, I would have had no idea you could grow rice here. I love the idea of using the ducks, and watching that rice planting machine, what I think is also ingenious is how it doesn't get bogged down and stuck.

Absolute saluti to what you are doing. I wish I could start my community project right now but will have to wait for the opportune moment. My idea is to show young people a way to a healthy and debt free life depending largely on mother nature for food, shelter and energy, all very viable. Gone where the days of aiming to get a higher education to feed the family. Not only that we have been conditioned so much to be useless at anything else to cope independently. All good past skills must be brought back. I will make it a point to pass on such skills and hence would invite people of all walks of life and skills to take part in my project. One of its kind in Borneo. Best wishes, bro. Keep up the good work.

Wow ! I love to see USA rice products 🌾 in the stores instead of made in Thailand rice.
I hope this rice is soft, moist, just like Japanese or Thailand rice, not very dry rice as we see in store.
I think the ducks are happy to hear your voice, your singing.

One of the biggest problem in the rice field especially those birds called maya. When the rice starts to bear the grains that’s the time they attack the field. Have you experienced those kind of problem in your rice field? How can we get rid of those birds? Will they attack the rice field while those ducks are still there?

While those ducks were on the paddy do you feed them with extra feeds or they were just feed mainly whatever in on the paddy area? I’m planning to do this kind of method in my small rice fields around an acre. Will 100 heads of duckings will enough or do I need more?
