Hello my beautiful friend, how sad what happened to you, the river rose a lot and flooded your entire property, several animals died, but you are a warrior and will rebuild everything Fassa stone hill on your entire property to avoid this flooding, only water will enter gate and it's good that your friends from the village came to help you with this bridge, make a stone moraine in the middle of the river and the rest with bamboo or make the bridge with Metalon, may God bless you my friend

For your wall you need to brace it, put a brace every 5ft to strengthen it so the water won’t be able to push over or swept away. My condolences to you. The increase in river height appears to have been 8 feet. And, that was in less than one year that you had to endure it. I would suggest that you "increase" the height of the wall that faces the river by another 10 full feet (so about 14 feet high in total and that the base needs to be about 3 feet wide) or you will just be heart-broken when this happens again in the next 3 years. Also, it appears that you have used your house as part of the wall section to block the river. You need a 14 foot wall between your house and that river - thus, right next to your house.

Keep heart my friend Father never give’s us more than we can take. Don’t be discouraged you are a smart and strong woman. For your wall you need to brace it, put a brace every 5ft to strengthen it so the water won’t be able to push over or swept away. Maybe you built a double wall a inner one and outer one,seal the inside wall and let the outer open so the water will flow Like a canal back to the river. Just a opinion or suggestion 🇯🇲🇯🇲👀🙏🏾🙏🏾💕💕

My condolences to you. The increase in river height appears to have been 8 feet. And, that was in less than one year that you had to endure it. I would suggest that you "increase" the height of the wall that faces the river by another 10 full feet (so about 14 feet high in total and that the base needs to be about 3 feet wide) or you will just be heart-broken when this happens again in the next 3 years.
Also, it appears that you have used your house as part of the wall section to block the river. You need a 14 foot wall between your house and that river - thus, right next to your house.
