Ok its one thing trying to understand how Lando identifies these things, its completely mind blowing to wonder how Jarv hears this feedback and then has a logic on what to change. Awesome to see professionals at work.

@@d1want34 His feedback is perfect for changing setup. If the car needs more grip turning into a corner, or is understeering on corner exit, these are all things that can be individually fixed in the setup.
This stuff isn't magic, however being able to feel and remember what is happening is not easy. It's all training, it's what he's learned instead of geography or calculus.
Lando basically saying his indycar doesn’t stick to the track like an F1 car
Raghav Varma they’re also built for oval as well, so it has to be a very versatile car where as an F1 does not.
F1 has power steering whereas IndyCar does not, also, Indycar is built for ovals whereas F1 is not, an F1 car will go around any track faster except for ovals where it would be destroyed by IndyCar. In summary IndyCar = Ovals | F1 = Track

@@austenchen7716 Not at all. More frames = most chance to have the last frame. Not that important on racing games, but it's not a waste of resources at all.
Look at his monitors, it's obviously a capture issue.

Mista Fiftyone your that impressed by that short conversation? Your mind would blow listening to real car set up then. I’ve heard as much technical kart set up info from a 12 year old kid. Funny that so many here are that blown away by that amount of data. Yes, it is awesome, but it really isn’t that much info. Go google Mychron 5 and look at the data available on a basic kart, then times that by 1000 for an F1 car.

I had the same crashing issues with the F1 game.
Got it solved by doing this:
1) Right click on the F1 desktop shortcut
2) Go to properties
3) Go to webdocuments
4) Change url to: "steam://launch/928600/option2"

Definitely cool to show some of the work with the engineer. I would have been happy to know what the engineer was changing on the car. Sounds like damping was somewhat messed up to me (I'm a GT3 race engineer ).

this is why i think when the F1 season comes back again that Lando and Jarv are going to have an edge over the competition. They've been practicing their communication and teamwork where many other drivers have just been fucking around on sims. Good luck boys.

Yeah, but more than that, Lando can afford the best, he shouldn't be dropping below 100 frames anywhere. He really needs to turn off crowds and stuff, and iRacing really needs to figure out how to fix them. lol, I'm at 3:53 just now, and I think maybe he turned them off now, over 110+ everywhere now
@@TexRobNC His recorder just shitted it self, you can see in the webcam that the game for him was smooth
@@TexRobNC His game his fine, the frame rate you are seeing is a streaming issue.
@@TexRobNC He has connection issues hence why he keeps dropping out of online races.
Jonathan it’s not the actuall stream because his webcam is totally fine and it had good frame rate - it’s just that his game records at low FPS

Luke Higginbottom yes, racing Sat in the INDYCAR challenge. In INDYCAR most of the drivers actually participate (although many of the top drivers are really new to sim racing and aren’t that great at it).

Stiffer front ARB, diff power side looser, looser rear spring and front bounce stiffer. Play with front wing level to get thru the esses. Possibly toe-in change and camber for more aggressive turn in.
Iracing has the set up fixed, same for everyone in the race.
