McDonald's is a American brand business. I don't understand why McDonald has better selection of sandwiches in other parts of the world. McDonald's here in America only has Big Mac's and Quater Pounders. So not fair!
People in Asia and Europe are serious about food quality. American chains need to have better quality, more creative food options in those markets or they'd get destroyed by their local competitors.
I would love it if McDonald's USA would add the ebi (shrimp) burger to its regular menu. Would attract customers who want more seafood options beyond filet-o-fish. Likewise, a pork patty would be welcome by folks wanting something other than beef or chicken. The teriyaki pork patty rice burger looks delicious, despite how messy it is. I would most like to try the pork burger-- see how it compares to the McRib offered in the USA.
Thumbs up firstly for a very soothing, sensual, meditative style of filming today - loving the up-close shots of the item, and then the *full sounds of opening the paper - kind of exciting. All the Japanese Mcdonald' s offerings happened to look delicious, far more textural and interesting than the generic selection here in the states. Really liked this video, really liked (again) its *sounds. Much thanks.
When I was in Japan, McD's had shrimp burgers and grape shakes. They were really good. And Wendy's was the only place in Ginza with a full salad bar. I mostly ate the wonderful Japanese cuisine, but it was fun to try American fast food and see the differences.
Quick tip to avoid dry burgers from any McDonald's ask for them to be cook to order. It is a bit of a longer wait but the patties will be fresh and juicy. Stay safe and stay awesome 💜
If I ate meat/fish, I'd definitely go for the Ebi burger! As other commenters are saying, it's too bad that McDonald's in the U.S. has such a limited and seldom-changing menu. Thanks, Shinichi-san, for always showing us the good things Japan has to offer.👍
What fun burgers! Up till now, I was not a fan of rice burgers, but the choices that you made, looked really good. Why oh why are our McDonald’s here in the US, so boring, but yet, they’re always packed!?! Especially, during McRib season-which I believe is gone forever now. Can you imagine how it would be if we had the shaka shaka fries, or these rice burgers? Thank you for sharing brother! At least we can live vicariously through you, until we can get to Japan to try these amazing looking burgers.
Not sure the quality of my local McDonalds matches anything you would find in Japan. Can only imagine what I would end up with one of the shrimp/ebi burgers.
Always fun to stumble upon your videos. For some reason, I occasionally come back to your ‘pizza vending machine’ video. The mood of that light rain is so comforting
It sucks that we don't get such a wide variety of burgers here in Canada. Heck, we don't even get the McRib! It's be nice to try something different once in a while.

great video, I would have to say that the teriyaki burger is one of my favorite 😋, didn't know that the McDonald's in Japan had a rice burger, I also like the barbecue burger 😋, in your next video can you compare McDonald's to Burger King 🤴 😋 yummy, tasty... again great video...
I'd like one of those "chicken rice burgers" right now (and the cheese looked okay to (hungry) me). The chicken teriyaki burger also looks good (can you delete the mayo, though?).
Since McDonald's originated in USA, it's unfair we can't get some of these! I wish each month they'd have a different country's specials available here. Satoshi must have loved this video, he loves his burgers and meat!
I also love anything Teriyaki. McDonald’s used to carry a Teriyaki dipping sauce for their nuggets…it was my favorite. But they stopped making it years ago & I started using sweet & Sour sauce or I’d just take the nuggets home and dip them in honey. 🍯 ❤ To this day tho, the only items I will eat from McDonald’s are the fish fillet sandwich, chicken nuggets and a couple of their breakfast items. I don’t like their burgers or chicken sandwiches. And I really don’t like the McRib. 🤢🤣

I wish McDonald’s in the US had the filet-o-Ebi!!! The teriyaki, rice burger w/a pork pattie also looks nice!! I think that would be well received in the US. But they never give us anything new or original. It’s always the same old items and If you don’t enjoy their hamburgers or chicken sandwiches there aren’t many other options for you at US McDonald’s. 😔
I totally love this video because I'm forever a Mcdonald's lover. Although when I'm in Japan or any other country, I just order Big Mac combo. It may be the same burger but different taste as you go from country to country. Itadakimasu.
Hello! Nice burgers you are having in Japan! I would love trying every burger! We absolutly didn't have teryaki burgers: :( In Poland we didn't have that kind of burgers, but during the winter season we have limited burget - The Lamberjack Burger - it is a beef patty with deep fried cheese patty with bacone, lettice, fried onion and some mistery sauce. The whole thing is enclosed in a bun with chesse-bacon sprinkles. You can have it like that or double, with chicken patty, and classic with cranberry. This is the real deal in Poland :P
sandwiches like that are the reason I'm going to use to justify the number of trips I end up taking to McDonald's when I end up visiting Japan, not just to compare with what I can get in the US.
I wish we had the shrimp burger in the USA. I'd be eating it all the time! The rice burgers looked good and reminded me a little of the ramen burgers that were popular a few years ago. Apparently that didn't catch on.
