  • Beginner Steel Mace and Gada
    The mace pullover is a great exercise in it's own right. This can be done over the head or over either shoulder. It's a great way to learn, and get strong, in the pulling motion in the mace swing. You'll likely feel this in your lats and triceps.

    Being an Indian, having an experience of typical western gym experience of 3-4 years, I have started re-exploring about club and mace and Mudgal training now. Your videos are great,short and crisp, informative and useful! Keep up the good work brother! P.S. loved your Surya Namaskar video❤

    Now that my shoulder is fully healed from two bad bike wrecks (2019 and 2021) and that I need to incorporate negative-resistance workouts for general inflammation, this looks like a good workout to strengthen my shoulder that also would help with shoulder motions associated with tennis. Thank you for showing this. Now, I just need to buy a mace or find a gym that has maces for strength training.

      Oh man that's rough. Sorry to hear about the shoulder. This can be a good exercise, but I would start with the mace stretch and some gentle pendulums (both in this playlist). Also, you can buy a mace or make it: m.ruclips.net/video/lrGDBfgZEnw/видео.html&%3Bfeature=share
