Loved this. Brilliant content again Fern! Very relaxing but also very informative and interesting to hear about the different types of massage and oils x keep em comin’ !
If I was rich, a consultation like this would be a lovely addition prior receiving a treatment. It would be nice to sort out what kind of treatment would actually be the most beneficial for me at that time, rather than me just randomly choosing a massage I think would be nice to receive. I’ve tried reflexology a couple of times (I loved it!) and an indian head massage once (unfortunately the place was very noisy and I just couldn’t relax at all)
Hopefully a good therapist could offer this, especially on a first visit. I used to do this with my clients as it means they will keep coming back to you. I hope you find a good one local to you, 😊
I love your advice. Wellbeing is all about balance, and a lot of people can get a bit caught up in the idea that "more is better" and end up doing harm in other areas of their health. Taking the time to learn about your body and about to really educate yourself about certain therapies and medicines is so important.
Would love some teaching on aromatherapy oils. Using lavender and sweet orange in my evening body oil. Wondering about combination of something for morning daily focus and ive heard of rose geranium and lemongrass for tick repellent but cant find solid information of a combination
Please make a full video of Melissa long hair ponytail opening detangling, oiling on scalp and hair length, head massage 10 minutes, combing and single sleek braiding by you in real voice and sound asmr. Part 1 Indian head massage routine. Part 2, Next day, shower with water, shampoo massage, rinse with water, dry with towel naturally, no dryers or fans. Consultations are my favorite! Been watching the other on repeat. So happy for this one. Fern's voice is so soothing!
