Watching from the US. My favorite YT channel! Receiving a massage from Victoria is on my bucket list. Absolutely LOVE her. She's a national treasure.

I've just hardly gotten through your preview and am once again so in awe of your depth of knowledge of not only the incredible variety of techniques and therapies you use, but also of human anatomy, essential oils, and relaxation! Thank you again, Victoria, for another incredible video!

I should imagine you are one if not the most qualified asmr artist with actual genuine knowledge and qualifications. A winning combination and makes it so interesting to watch

Always a relaxing watch. However, it's important to note tea (and coffee for that matter) ARE indeed hydrating and count towards daily water intake. It's an old misconception that they're not because of the caffeine.

I’m more aware of the tannin in tea that dehydrates. Hence how it’s used in tanneries for drying out leather.

I believe that it's hydration to a point but can't be counted fully due to the diuretic component of caffeine.

@@Nutellachocolatehazelnut true, caffeine is also a diuretic, in that it encourages fluid loss.
