Totally agree with you on the say “NO”. It is their responsibility to organise their life not mine. I cant believe someone feels the same as me. My mum used to call me a hermit and the truth is I love my own company. I’m great company…..I just choose my company carefully and that is based on my respect for me. You have totally phased me out now as I thought I was unique.😉

Always enjoy your bits of wisdom Margaret. At 61, I am and have always been a loner. I enjoy company, I enjoy being around others for short periods of time, ( if they are pleasant) lol. Prayers that your other tests come back good, and that maybe they give you an inhaler to help with your breathing. Oh Margaret, when you retire, your going to welcome it with opened arms.

I never use a Swiffer for my floors or the kind you dust with. For my floors, I found a mop that has a terry cloth slip on bottom. You can wash it and works great for my floors. For dusting a good old towel that I’ve cut in pieces. Those disposable floor pads dusters are nothing but an environmental nightmare, and cost a lot of money in the long run.

Hope your juice helps you feel better....can't hurt anyway! My granddaughter (when she was 23) couldn't understand why her Mom, my daughter, didn't want to do things with friends on the weekend. I said, she's been there, done that and now at 47, she just enjoys the peacefulness of her home as do I. I said, you'r 23, Kathryn and weekends are still for getting together with friends, hanging out with them and that's what is supposed to be going on. I, too, had to learn to say No and now I do. If they don't understand...oh well....they'll get over it or they won't ask me anymore! The people I love and care about get it!!! Thank you Margaret for another fun video. I enjoy them because it's as if we are just chatting as friends do! 💞

Good to see you. Breathe.slowly in and out. . I'm doing that today ahead of my husbands daughter visiting her dad (she pretends to like me but she doesn't because her dad married me after her Mom died...[10 years after] ..we met in HS reunion so I breathe deeply and smile and say to myself "you can go now deary" its so uncomfortable and its been 4 years of this.

I’ve been trying to use more natural cleaning ingredients, but thanks for the heads up on Swiffers. I’ve been cleaning my floors with them and I have a dog! Not good
Margaret, I don’t think you should be very worried about your tests, you seem to have a lot of energy, working and all the projects you do. I know several people working in salons who developed breathing issues, that improved after they quit. One more check for the time to retire list.
Thought I had become antisocial as I’ve aged. I also enjoy alone time more, being home with my dogs, reading, etc. We’re ok, girlfriend!

a swiffer is a wet sheet mop that has a spray head to add more cleaner on demand

We breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide. It is the carbon dioxide that you are having trouble getting rid of and that is probably why you are feeling tired etc. Humans always seem to take a deep breath in when we are told to take a deep breath but we just seem to let it find its own way out. I’m known as a lazy breather so it has become second nature to me. If the juices are a benefit go for it. I love pineapple. What is a swiffer?

Practice blowing up balloons ! That’s what a Dr said to do to keep lungs strong or get stronger in your case… I live near where the bear was seen. I really wanted to see him. I heard that was two , but I think that’s not true. I didn’t know there was one near Morton I would’ve gone to see him.
