If the photos you show on this thumbnail are the results, they look great! Good job!

Still beautiful work. I like knowing the general settings. It sits in the back of the memory and triggers me when I’m doing something similar.

As long as they are not applied blindly, settings can sometimes be useful. 😉

If you're not learning you're not growing, and there's ALWAYS more to learn no matter how "good" people think we are , or that we've got it ALL figured. And to your point we haven't all shot at every location in the world and so each new locale is an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. Great video!

Wow loved the images, as far as dark places go and some people may frown at this but I experiment a lot and one thing I will do on a darker natural light situation is to find a small light source you can adjust to place behind the model, you can fasten it sometimes behind them or just play around with it, it also pops them off the background so I guess its whatever is pleasing to you.

I've been following your channel for a few months now, and besides your obvious talent for photography, how do you manage to have access to such magnificent locations?

easy : ask the owners, the town hall for certain places
and be ready to pay because you will have to privatize certain places

1600 ISO on the GFX system is still so clean. I've used upwards of 3200 on some sessions and have not had an issue at all with my 50R nor any digital noise at all. Excellent images, video and teaching as always! Always practice as much as you can and try new ideas and settings. The only way you become better! If any viewers haven't subscribe to his members only blog. I highly recommend it!

Ohh yes~ judging from your images, you had a really difficult shoot. And yes, I agree with you, people who shoot on location never really ever shoot the same way twice and so sharing settings for one shoot is practically useless for anyone else.
What I would normally do and suggest everyone do is to choose a particular look or feel you want to achieve for the shoot and just work to make your images look like that throughout the shoot.
That being said, after having seen your other work on RUclips, you really could've done a lot better for this shoot especially in terms of lighting the model and in some shots, the background isn't lit to your usual standards too.

ruclips.net/video/w7kB1Fmn7Vs/видео.html complètement d'accord ^^ une erreur assez légitime que chaque débutant fait mais après cette erreur est vite corrigé.
