@hash-CCFF00 you can't really feel the inside where the valves open inside the cylinder head, but when the piston hits top dead center it'll strike the valves if the clearance isn't right. You'll hear/feel it.
Amazing. I have never seen an upgrade this detailed. Good job! If I’m getting 42-44mph (flat smooth surface. Wind behind me and a struggle to get there). What would I be getting from an 80cc?
@@-TD227 good advice. I had a 50cc engine that was not running right out of the box. I thought bad rings or valves. Since it was under warranty, they sent me a new one. One day I decided to tear it down and see what the problem was. The whole problem was the timing. It was off by 2 teeth. So I decided to rebuild it into an 80cc. Fired up on the first try. Definitely can feel the difference. Gets up to 40 within half a block. The 50cc got up to 43, but it was a struggle. Had to be flat, smooth pavement. No wind and you needed a good 3-4 blocks of running just to get there.
@@-TD227 sounds good. I believe you may have to change some of the mounts for a 150. The 150 mounts on the bottom whereas the 50 mounts on top. Anyway, good luck with it. Let me know how it goes.

How? Genuine question here. If the stroke remains the same with the same con rod, then that should increase the capacity with bigger bore. Unless the piston is taller? What do I miss here?
@@dariokozul4883 I'm sorry to ask you a question. I put an 80cc engine from a 50cc to my scooter, except for the valves and the carburetor, but it has no power and it blows gasoline into the air filter. What's the problem?
This restore is driving me nuts ! Why didn’t I take the gear box apart and take that clutch off if u have the engine that far disassembled when u rebuild these or refresh them u have to do it all in one fell swoop
Why open the engine, just replacing cilynder and piston, bottom of gy6 will be ok, even in a 100cc crankshaft is the same. Waste of time. Then re-jet carb
Before trying any of that dumb stuff how will you pay my fines for riding without a license because those engines are stamped and it shows what cc they are on the engine body mine goes a good 40 I've not got no license card to go 80 so im not going to change mine I'll keep going slow and pull to the side to let the traffic go on im not going to get no license

One good thing to do before starting turn the engine over by hand to make sure the valves do not hit the piston and turns smoothly.
are they setable by hand? how are they tuned
You tune the valves with a valve lash feeler guage, look up valve lash setting on mopeds. Its very, very easy to do brother. @hash-CCFF00

Really cool man. I’ve never done anything like this but this helps give me the confidence to try it
Bro it damages valves if you want to get 80cc you need to replace the head with one that has bigger valves

Can you please tell what is the o/s dia of the 50cc piston as I have just got a moped and was told it had a 80cc mod Many thanks Mike
Hello what is size of your drive belt
main jet number ? 86?
First test drive and directly on the rear wheel XD
What did you use exactly to lubricate the rubber seals? For example: The rubber seal between upper- and carburetor reservoir.
you really don't need to do that but you can used reg motor oil if you want
Ela e 2 ou 4 tempos
Nobody gonna post the Amazon link for the kit? I have a 50cc Wolf and want to upgrade.
😮😮
what is that tube on the valve cover, what is it for?
I think its euro kit like one on cg125 euro2
That is to take any oil vapors back to the oil pan. A ventilation tube, cars also have that
0:24 how fast 80cc run
Hello friend, how much does the final speed develop and how does it accelerate?
You’ll power wheelie at low speeds

prolly 50-55,but i’d def recommend changing the roller weights and going with a performance cdi too just to help with accelerating and top speed

Thats nice and good for anyone who already has their drivers license but not good for the poor people who dont
Gosh its soo many screw's to change it ;(
Going from 39m to 47mm doesn't make it 80cc - but you already knew that, right?
How? Genuine question here. If the stroke remains the same with the same con rod, then that should increase the capacity with bigger bore. Unless the piston is taller? What do I miss here?
139QMB engine stroke is 41.4mm. Cylinder volume formula is v=π r² h. Do the math.
They rounded to 80, actually is 72. Still, its worth it
Is it 4 stroke?
Yes it is
Can you use orginal crank with 80cc kit???
The original crank can be used up to like 70cc more than that and you're risking engine damage
