    Hi gorgeous home!
    1. The lot on the left adjacent to the home is that part of the property line?
    2. You mentioned beach is partially private but there’s surfing. Would the home owner be able to access the beach or what makes it partially private?
    3. This home is on leased land with 60% ownership by the government correct? What percentage does the homeowner have?
    4. Do you have listings that are oceanfront “Not”leased land?

      yes indeed it's a beautiful house place,
      1. yes, what you see on the SOUTH side of the house belongs to the property
      2. owner have full access to the beach, it is partially restricted to the general public
      3. The land belongs to a Mexican Corporations, 60% owned by the foreigners living in Costa Brava and the 40% it's owned by a local family who together have made a legal joint venture to lease property. So when you buy, you become coonwers with the group who holds the 60% of the shares.
      4. Yes, we do have listings for sale with either bank trust or escrituras publicas that can be owned outright.

    Where's the main entrance to the house? Since living room and kitchen are upstairs.

    Hola entonces la casa no se puede comprar si tenemos doble ciudadanía en su totalidad? Por que estoy buscado comprar sin fideicomiso para mi retiro.

      Buenos dias Vero, esta casa NO se puede comprar con escrituras ni por medio de fideicomiso. Es solamente arrendamiento a largo plazo. Por el momento tenemos una opcion que SI se puede comprar y esta en la Bahia de San Quintin, aqui te dejo el link ruclips.net/video/FNJg8R8308Q/видео.html 🎣

      The price includes 20 years of lease all ready paid, not sure if you read it this or not in my last comment. As for today the cost for 10 years lease per m2 it’s $20 Dollars a square meter. This house is covered until 2044. Hope I answered your question but if not, just let me know.
