The land belongs to a Mexican Corporations, 60% owned by the foreigners living in Costa Brava and the 40% it's owned by a local family who together have made a legal joint venture to lease property. So when you buy, you become coonwers with the group who holds the 60% of the shares. 4. The lot has 20 prepaid years left, 2 shares of the Mexican corporation that hold title 60% ownership of the land. There are no sale taxes nor acquisition taxes but there are closing costs involved of $2,900 USD for contract and Notary's fees.
The price includes 20 years of lease all ready paid, not sure if you read it this or not in my last comment. As for today the cost for 10 years lease per m2 it’s $20 Dollars a square meter. This house is covered until 2044. Hope I answered your question but if not, just let me know.
