My other dog played along and he became intrigued - now its a daily part of our routine - about 3 times a day we do the shell game and the muffin tin game. I am so grateful for coming upon your training techniques!

But the part that brandon wrote about how he become a trainer of homeless dogs makes me cry. It wakes me up and force me to think hard about what i'm doing in my life right now. He was willing to risk his job for what he believed : every homeless dog must have hope and a home. He committed to his promise that he would help saving lives. He never gave up and willing to sacrifice his secure career for it. That part alone changed my life, not even mention all dogs' stories he told throughout the book. They are all inspirational.

So at the *very least* they still have what he cared for so deeply that he was willing to sacrifice himself to save. I hope they take care of them because that's clearly what he would've wanted. To him he was saving his kids. There's no judgement in my heart for him or his decision; just sadness and empathy.

I’m so very sorry. I watched him and his fur babies here on RUclips. This just breaks my heart for him, his family, friends and the babies. I loved watching him in his artistry with the dogs. He was doing what he loved and what he was meant to do. God love them all.
Had a neighbor that house was in blaze and wanted me to run in to rescue her babies, when she said they were her dogs, my heart went out to her and my natural instinct kicked in of staying put for my own child sake. I’m not a professional firefighter….may this guy RIP.

So sorry this happened to this man and his dogs....I'm a professional dog groomer and I'm in tears after watching this because we're just built different we have another level of compassion when it comes to animals especially "our" animals and this really hurts😒
He saved 10 dogs and went after the other 2. I would have stopped at 10. He is leaving behind children. Are we equating human life as being equal to animals? I hope not.
I don’t care how much he loved the dogs, he should’ve realized that his life was more important than a few mutts. This is absolutely tragic for the lose of his family, as well as tragic it was 100% preventable.
The world needs more people like this. If I were rich, or more skilled at these things, I would like to see this man’s legacy continue. Everyone always goes after the number of dogs in the house but really... a person such as this IS the person I’d want more dogs with not less. I would like to see a housing program or grant for such pet lovers to upgrade their living conditions. For the people who house multiple animals to not be discouraged in their business interests and hopefully not have to die in the process of doing so. I would like to see grants to install sprinklers maybe even upgrades in housing for the animals so that those children don’t have to lose their dad’s animals he worked so hard to train and save. Just don’t have words for this 2 of my cats were killed by a dog officer in 2019 and it was just the beginning of the rest of my pets and my own nightmare to come. There has to be a better way so that the best people can help as many animals as possible without being killed or thrown under the bus for doing so. Just so sad right now.

I knew somebody that had two pups she really couldn’t handle if she kept them through to full grown dogs. She refused to rehome them separately and they were about a year old when they finally got adopted. She stood her ground locally, against critics, by saying would you separate them now? But you would have then? I can’t say it as well as her, but I’m close enough. She now breeds three dogs. I think that’s the way to do it.

So sorry this happened to this man and his dogs....I'm a professional dog groomer and I'm in tears after watching this because we're just built different we have another level of compassion when it comes to animals especially "our" animals and this really hurts😒

I don’t care how much he loved the dogs, he should’ve realized that his life was more important than a few mutts. This is absolutely tragic for the lose of his family, as well as tragic it was 100% preventable.

The world needs more people like this. If I were rich, or more skilled at these things, I would like to see this man’s legacy continue. Everyone always goes after the number of dogs in the house but really... a person such as this IS the person I’d want more dogs with not less. I would like to see a housing program or grant for such pet lovers to upgrade their living conditions. For the people who house multiple animals to not be discouraged in their business interests and hopefully not have to die in the process of doing so. I would like to see grants to install sprinklers maybe even upgrades in housing for the animals so that those children don’t have to lose their dad’s animals he worked so hard to train and save. Just don’t have words for this 2 of my cats were killed by a dog officer in 2019 and it was just the beginning of the rest of my pets and my own nightmare to come. There has to be a better way so that the best people can help as many animals as possible without being killed or thrown under the bus for doing so. Just so sad right now.

I knew somebody that had two pups she really couldn’t handle if she kept them through to full grown dogs. She refused to rehome them separately and they were about a year old when they finally got adopted. She stood her ground locally, against critics, by saying would you separate them now? But you would have then? I can’t say it as well as her, but I’m close enough.
She now breeds three dogs.
I think that’s the way to do it.

A few of the dogs are alive and some dogs died anyway , but his family would prefer it was him alive and a dog dead ....the first rule of being a life guard is " In the process of trying to save a drowning victim ( human), don't let them take you down and you drown too,,,, meaning " let go, because you have value and family that needs you in ways that no dog can supply ,etc ,,,,,, I would have kept myself secure as a priority of those that love and need me to be alive , and let a dog go ,,,that's the whole point , since he was so great and loving and beautiful of a person , then society,etc, needs you to stay alive so we can have more beautiful people in this world ,,,, I know of people that love rats like the old movie " Ben " , but don't lose your life saving them as if loving a dog above you own safety or " thyself" makes you a hero,,, even the bible says " love thy neighbor as thyself ,,meaning : Love yourself ,,,,,, Now Jesus died and sacrificed His life for us as he suffered and died and rose , and people still don't see that as special as a man dying for a dog ,,, how do I know that ?.because few there be that even except , value or appreciate what Christ did as much as the sentiment and praise they give to this guy over a dog ,,,yes this is sad and unfortunate and regrets me to hear ,,, but even a professional fireman teaches children and adults Nevers to do this ,,in face they legal and physically stop people from going back to save some humans , ,,so you know they would praise this even over dogs ,,, I love animals so much that I was hired in 1997 to move to L.A. to work on the movie " Dr. Doolittle 1( 1997) & 2( 2000) ,,,,I've work with almost every kind of animal there is and their trainers that love these animal raised and trained from birth....I've worked close with Steve Erwin also who died from a stingray ,etc,,,I worked close with animal trainer Mark Forbes ,,,I'm a black man and they kept hiring me because I worked well with animals and loved animal ,,,, but not more than myself and my kids and family and my purpose in life ,,, just speaking real and with wisdom ,,,,
