    The Artus -V12 inside an 1/4 scale King Tiger Tank. one Hydraulic pump are drive two Hydraulic motor right and left - thats it
    The ARTUS-V12 is an 4stroke watercooled gasoline Engine.
    the whole system weight are 880 lb
    das gesamtgewicht beträgt 400 Kg
    We develop in our spare time an mini V12 engine for RC applications
    We got a conection sparking by my website www.v12-motor.com . Finish and German friends / Pekka from Finland was seek after an V12 engine for his ready build tank. and Me/Ralf was made the ARTUS-V12 for him and put it into the Tank. thats it.

    Suddenly my hobby of building 1/35 scale German tanks seems rather small and inferior... ;)
    What a fantastic build you're doing!!! I've watched all your previous videos now and I'm excited to see what comes next? Hopefully it won't take another 5-6 years to finish because I'm not the most patient person - and that's why I'm building my Königstiger in 1/35 scale, and in plastic, instead of 1/4 scale and fully working!
    My hat off to you guys!

  • @SilentRazor1uk

    Very nice indeed, ..just needs a heavier flywheel, and or some sort of governor/limter for more 'to scale' movement & closer to realistic revolution/exhaust sounds - perhaps restricting the 'full' throttle operating movement by 1/3rd or 1/2+?

    Absolutely stunning achievement. It is a work of art blended with engineering. but revs too fast

    • @Wolfenion
      @Wolfenion 6 лет назад +4

      It probably has to rev fast to get enough power out of it seen as it would have very little torque due to the small piston diameter.

    Respekt für die Arbeit und die handwerkliche Leistung . Das schlimme ist , auch wenn der Motor noch so toll ist , den Klang des echten 28 Liter Motors kann man einfach nicht nachmachen . Das wird leider immer Richtung Rasenmäher gehen ...

    • @MrStinger39
      @MrStinger39 6 лет назад +3

      Ich würde sagen die Übersetzung paßt nicht, der Motor dreht viel zu hoch, bei niedriger Drehzahl klingt er schon eher wie das Original.
