    Thank you. After several videos, this is the only that not only showed where the part is on the cars (mine is a Nitro) but also that I don't have to remove the clips in the wheel well to get to it 🤘🏿

    your movie! I did it in 20 min - cost of this item - about 42$. Greetings from Poland - Warsaw City.

      Glad it worked! And hope all is well in Poland!! Would like to visit one day - I’ve heard there are some nice Viking river cruises there!!

    Great video and informative. My garage charged me $259.55 for the job……….☹️
    Included a gas cap and seal 🤯

      Probably not a crazy amount to charge for their time! Hope it resolved your issue.

    hey, thanks for this video- hope it clears my check engine and check gas cap lights. was also wondering, saw in your heater core flush video (also have no heat, or ac for that matter) you had the tire pressure sensor light on as well. did you ever find a fix for that? have the same issue of course.

    • @swatscorner
      @swatscorner  Год назад +2

      I know the fix, but never fixed it. Have to get 4 new tire pressure sensors installed inside the wheels. It’s expensive, and I just didn’t see the point.

      Tough. Sorry about that. There are a number of other reasons it could be on and giving you the Evap leak code. Could be a short or could be a leak in a hose that’s hard to find. Good luck!

      It went away. I also had the gas tank filler tube replaced "under warranty" (service bulletin)

      Didn’t take long. Just a few minutes

    I would use a smoke machine to show me the leak first. Would rule out many things, and maybe tell me that the $8 O-ring on the rear was it. I see no evidence that the replaced part was at fault. (yes it has a new O-ring) but they get crusty like mine. I replaced the gas cap in "hope" it was it 2 months ago, it wasn't.

      Yep. It’s easy to chase problems with parts. I don’t have a smoke machine. Maybe I can rent one. I’m still chasing leaks in this old Jeep with its deteriorating plastic/rubber parts.

    • @beastlychase

      The old parts get stuck open even leading to the smoke test pushing smoke when it tells it to be closed it can’t close all the way
