Dhanush is amazing at recognising talent in young people and giving them the chance to grow and get them into to the main stream industry. The presenter needs to show Dhee respect for winning rather than being dominate and pushy despise Dhee's age. You can clearly see the difference on how she chose to approach both of them. Showing the older woman (don't know her name) much more respect in comparison to Dhee.
