Went to see these guys a couple of times in the late 70's and have to say they put on brilliant live performances, Dave Bartram was a great front man. Remember this one in particular, as the auditorium floor was shaking to the beat of all the young ladies dancing in the aisles, and the atmosphere was terrific, everyone having a great time. Good memories , but such a long time ago now!

Stuff that's about now doesn't even come close to this. A time when real bands could sing live and sound fantastic.

@@sarahgale4081 - indeed! What do we have now? Ed Sheer-Boredom and his loop pedal with that robotic ringtone of a single 'Shape of You'.

How to lighten the darkness with fun music and an innocent time where cares could be managed life was lived to the full. Thank you and I am glad. I lived through this period of musical fun

It was great to see and hear the gang fade the song out.
Some 'takes' had "....I Doooooo" for an ending
I know the UK single faded out as did the track on their Red LP. 76-78
Maybe at some point they recorded an alternate ending, 'I Wonder Why'
